This 1997 Ford Crown Victoria LX is said to have remained with the family of the original owner until the seller’s acquisition in April 2023, and it now shows 29k miles. The car is finished in Dark Tourmaline Metallic over Prairie Tan leather upholstery and is powered by a 4.6-liter V8 mated to a four-speed automatic transmission. Equipment includes the Handling and Performance Package, 16″ basketweave wheels, a keyless entry keypad, power-adjustable front seats, air conditioning, cruise control, an AM/FM/cassette stereo, and power windows, mirrors, and locks. Service performed in preparation for the sale reportedly included the replacement of the sway bar links, upper and lower ball joints, and the rear air suspension. This Crown Victoria is now offered at no reserve with a clean Carfax report and a clean Georgia title in the seller’s name.
The car is finished in Dark Tourmaline Metallic (NA) and features tan pinstriping, bright trim accents, and a keyless entry keypad. Scratches are visible on the front bumper cover and hood.
Bright 16″ basketweave wheels wear 225/60 Michelin XGT4 tires, and braking is provided by four-wheel discs. The seller notes that the sway bar links, upper and lower ball joints, and rear air suspension were replaced in March 2023.
The cabin features power-adjustable front seats and a rear bench upholstered in Prairie Tan leather while woodgrain trim accents the two-tone dashboard. Interior appointments include air conditioning, cruise control, a digital clock, and an AM/FM/cassette stereo along with power windows, locks, and mirrors. Discoloration is visible on the left door panels.
The four-spoke steering wheel fronts a 120-mph speedometer along with supplemental gauges for coolant temperature, oil pressure, fuel level, and voltage. The six-digit mechanical odometer shows 29k miles, approximately 30 of which have been added by the seller.
The 4.6-liter V8 was factory rated at 210 horsepower and 270 lb-ft of torque when equipped with the Handling and Performance Package, which added a dual exhaust system.
Power is sent to the rear wheels through a four-speed automatic transmission. Corrosion is visible on underside components.
The Carfax report shows no accidents or other damage and lists history in Maryland and Georgia.
