1998 Jeep Wrangler Sahara

This 1998 Jeep Wrangler Sahara is finished in Moss Green Pearl Coat over a two-tone interior and powered by a 4.0-liter inline-six paired with a three-speed automatic transmission and dual-range transfer case. Delivered new to South Tacoma Jeep-Eagle in Tacoma, Washington, the Jeep was acquired by the selling dealer out of Idaho in July 2022, and it now shows 28k miles. Equipment includes a removable hardtop, full-frame metal doors, cruise control, an AM/FM cassette stereo, and 15″ wheels as well as a raised ride height, and 33″ tires. This TJ Wrangler is offered in Oregon with a window sticker, manufacturer’s literature, a clean Carfax report, and a clean Idaho title.

The body is finished in Moss Green Pearl Coat with Sahara graphics and features a removable tan hardtop. Additional equipment includes driving lights, full-frame metal doors, body-colored fender extensions, and side steps. No accidents or damage are noted on the accompanying Carfax report. The StowMaster tow bar depicted in the photo is not included in the sale.

Five-spoke 15″ wheels with Jeep center caps are mounted with 33×10.5″ BFGoodrich All-Terrain T/A K02 tires. A covered spare is fitted on the rear tire carrier. Stopping power is provided by front disc and rear drum brakes, and the selling dealer notes a raised ride height.

The cabin is outfitted with high-back bucket seats and a rear bench upholstered in Saddle and Moss Green cloth. Appointments include cruise control, manually operated windows, a padded roll bar, tilt steering, and an AM/FM cassette stereo.

The leather-wrapped steering wheel frames a 100-mph speedometer and a tachometer along with gauges monitoring voltage, fuel level, oil pressure, and coolant temperature. The digital odometer shows 28k miles, approximately 100 of which were added by the selling dealer.

The 4.0-liter inline-six was rated at approximately 180 horsepower when new, and it sends power to the rear or all four wheels through a three-speed automatic transmission and a dual-range transfer case. A general inspection was completed in preparation for the sale.
