This 1998 Pontiac Firebird Trans Am spent its life in California with one owner before being acquired by the selling dealer in early 2020. The car is finished in metallic red over a tan and gray interior, and power is from a 5.7-liter V8 mated to a four-speed automatic transmission. Amenities include removable glass T-top panels, a rear wing, power-adjustable seats trimmed in leather, and a factory Monsoon stereo as well as power windows, locks, and mirrors. This Firebird shows 82k miles and is offered at no reserve with an October 2019 California smog inspection, a clean Carfax report, and a clean California title.
The Red Orange (96) body features fog lights, a rear wing, and removable glass T-Top panels. The selling dealer notes scratches on the front bumper cover. Factory 16″ wheels wear replacement Kumho V12 tires, and brake work is said to have been carried out.
The cabin features power-adjustable front seats trimmed in tan leather with matching carpets and a gray console, dash, and steering wheel. Amenities consist of a factory Monsoon stereo and air conditioning as well as power windows, locks and mirrors.
Instrumentation includes a 155-mph speedometer and a tachometer with a 6k-rpm redline. The digital odometer shows 82k miles, approximately 50 of which have been added by the selling dealer.
The 5.7-liter LS1 V8 produced 305 horsepower when new and is mated to a four-speed automatic transmission. A California emissions inspection was last passed in October 2019. Cold start and driving videos have been provided by the selling dealer.
The February 2020 Carfax report is free of accidents and other damage, and shows entries for registration, service, and emissions testing with one previous owner in California.
