12k-Mile 2001 Porsche 911 Turbo Coupe 6-Speed

This 2001 Porsche 911 Turbo coupe was specified in Lapis Blue Metallic over Graphite Grey full leather, and it was optioned with mechanically adjustable sport seats, a digital sound system, a trunk-mounted CD changer, and a Porsche Communication Management screen with navigation and a built-in cassette-tape player. Power is from a twin-turbocharged 3.6L flat-six that drives all four wheels via a six-speed manual transaxle, and additional features include a speed-activated rear spoiler, a sunroof, xenon headlights, 18″ Turbo Twist wheels, an onboard computer, cruise control, and automatic climate control. The ignition coils and spark plugs were changed in December 2022. This 996 Turbo coupe has 12k miles and is now offered by the selling dealer with service records, a clean Carfax report, and a clean South Carolina title.

The car is finished in Lapis Blue Metallic (L3A8), and features include a sunroof, xenon headlights, fog lights, a rear window wiper, and a speed-activated rear spoiler as well as wider rear bodywork, rear air intakes, and revised bumper covers in comparison to the contemporary Carrera.

The 18″ Turbo Twist wheels wear Michelin Pilot Sport tires. The car is equipped with Porsche Stability Management (PSM) and an automatic brake differential. Braking is from red calipers over vented and cross-drilled rotors at all four corners.

The mechanically adjustable sport seats are upholstered in Graphite Grey leather that extends to the dashboard and door panels. Amenities include automatic climate control, cruise control, an onboard computer, central locking, power windows, an Escort radar-detection system, a digital sound system, and a Porsche Communication Management (PCM) 1 screen with a cassette-tape player and navigation.

The leather-wrapped steering wheel frames a 200-mph speedometer, a central tachometer, and gauges for coolant temperature, oil pressure, voltage, and fuel level. The digital odometer indicates 12k miles.

The twin-turbocharged 3.6L Mezger flat-six had a factory rating of 415 horsepower and 415 lb-ft of torque. The ignition coils and spark plugs were changed in December 2022. The battery was replaced in April 2021.

Power is sent to all four wheels through a six-speed manual transaxle. Additional photographs of the underside are shown in the gallery below.
