This 2001 Toyota MR2 Spyder is finished in Electric Green Mica over tan leather and powered by a 1.8-liter inline-four paired with a five-speed manual transaxle. Equipment includes a black convertible top, 15″ alloy wheels, air conditioning, aluminum pedals, remote keyless entry, and power accessories. The car has been registered in Texas since new and is said to have been acquired by the seller from its original owner in 2020. This W30 MR2 has 17k miles and is now offered with a window sticker, manufacturer’s literature, a clean Carfax report, and a clean Texas title in the seller’s name.

The car is finished in Electric Green Mica (6R4) and features a black convertible top with a heated glass rear window. Other exterior details include color-keyed mirror caps, functional side air intakes, a wind deflector, and a chrome exhaust tip. Blemishes including tears in the soft top, a rock chip in the windshield, paint chips, a dent in the passenger door, and clear coat flaking on the engine lid are shown up close in the image gallery below, which also contains photos of body-panel VIN tags.

Stock 15″ five-spoke wheels show curb rash and are mounted with 185/55 front and 205/50 rear Kumho Ecsta PA31 tires. Stopping power is provided by anti-lock disc brakes at all four corners.

The cabin features manually-adjustable seats upholstered in tan leather with matching door panel inserts. Branded floor mats line the footwells, and amenities include air conditioning, power windows and door locks, a leather-wrapped shift knob, aluminum pedals, and a locking glove box. The seller reports the factory stereo is inoperable, and cracking is visible on the leather seats.

The leather-wrapped airbag steering wheel is mounted on a tilting steering column and frames a 150-mph speedometer, a central tachometer, and auxiliary gauges. The digital odometer indicates 17k miles, approximately 1k of which were added under current ownership.

The 1.8-liter 16-valve inline-four features variable valve timing on the intake camshaft and was factory rated at 138 horsepower and 125 lb-ft of torque. Power is sent to the rear wheels through a five-speed manual transaxle. The seller reports an oil change was performed and the timing chain tensioner oil seal was replaced under current ownership.

Manufacturer’s literature and a window sticker are included in the sale, the latter of which shows factory colors, options, and a total price of $24,690.

The Carfax shows no accidents or other damage and lists registration history in Texas from new.
