This 2002 BMW M3 convertible is finished in Phoenix Yellow Metallic over black Nappa leather upholstery and is powered by a 3.2-liter inline-six linked with a six-speed manual transmission and a limited-slip differential. Equipment includes a black soft top, 18″ M double-spoke wheels, xenon headlights, a carbon-look decklid spoiler, tinted windows, heated seats, an Eonon touchscreen stereo, a Harman Kardon sound system, and automatic climate control. The car was registered in several states before being acquired by the seller in 2014. This E46 M3 convertible has 60k miles and is now offered with a clean Carfax report and a clean Florida title in the seller’s name.

The seller notes a tear in the driver’s seat backrest, the spare key must be used to unlock and start the car, and the factory rearview mirror was replaced with an aftermarket unit. The removed head unit is included in the sale.

The Carfax report shows no accidents or other damage and lists history in Pennsylvania, Ohio, Alabama, New York, and Florida.
