2002 BMW M3 Convertible 6-Speed

This 2002 BMW M3 convertible is finished in Phoenix Yellow Metallic over black Nappa leather upholstery and is powered by a 3.2-liter inline-six linked with a six-speed manual transmission and a limited-slip differential. Equipment includes a black soft top, 18″ M double-spoke wheels, xenon headlights, a carbon-look decklid spoiler, tinted windows, heated seats, an Eonon touchscreen stereo, a Harman Kardon sound system, and automatic climate control. The car was registered in several states before being acquired by the seller in 2014. This E46 M3 convertible has 60k miles and is now offered with a clean Carfax report and a clean Florida title in the seller’s name.

The car is finished in Phoenix Yellow Metallic and features a black convertible soft top as well as xenon headlights, fog lights, tinted windows, a carbon-look decklid spoiler, and quadruple exhaust outlets. A dent is present on the right rear quarter panel. The seller states two tabs are missing from the boot cover and the convertible top functions slowly.

Silver 18″ M double-spoke Style 67 wheels are mounted with Continental SureContact tires measuring 225/45 in front and 255/40 in the rear. The car was factory equipped with Dynamic Stability Control (DSC). Curb marks on the wheels can be seen in the gallery.

The cabin is upholstered in black and features Nappa leather seating surfaces, Titan Shadow trim, power-adjustable and heated front seats, automatic climate control, cruise control, an Eonon touchscreen head unit, and Harman Kardon audio. The seller notes a tear in the driver’s seat backrest, the spare key must be used to unlock and start the car, and the factory rearview mirror was replaced with an aftermarket unit. The removed head unit is included in the sale.

The multifunction leather-wrapped steering wheel features a yellow center stripe and frames a 185-mph speedometer and a tachometer with a variable redline, along with gauges for coolant temperature, oil temperature, and fuel level. The digital odometer indicates 60k miles, approximately 18k of which were added under current ownership.

The 3.2-liter S54 inline-six was factory rated at 333 horsepower and 262 lb-ft of torque, and an aftermarket air intake has been installed. The seller notes that the rod bearing recall service was performed. Power is sent to the rear wheels through a six-speed manual transmission and a limited-slip differential.

The Carfax report shows no accidents or other damage and lists history in Pennsylvania, Ohio, Alabama, New York, and Florida.
