This 2002 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 LS is a regular-cab long-bed 4×4 pickup powered by a 4.8-liter Vortec V8 linked to a five-speed manual transmission and a dual-range transfer case. The truck is finished in Dark Carmine Red Metallic over Tan cloth, and equipment includes a color-matched camper shell, 16″ five-spoke wheels, power windows and door locks, a CD stereo, cruise control, and air conditioning. The current owner purchased the truck in 2011, and service in preparation for sale reportedly consisted of replacing the brake lines, brake calipers, dampers, two fuel injectors, and a wheel speed sensor as well as cleaning the fuel rail and changing the oil. This Silverado has 47k miles and is offered by the seller on behalf of the owner with manufacturer’s literature, a clean Carfax report, and a clean Indiana title in the owner’s name.

The truck is finished in Dark Carmine Red Metallic and features a Fleetside bed, black wheel-arch moldings, and 4×4 graphics. The color-matched Ranch camper shell has flip-out side windows and a glass liftgate. Close-up photos of the rocker panels and cab corners are viewable in the gallery below.

Five-spoke 16″ alloy wheels show oxidation and wear 265/75 Goodyear Wrangler tires with 2014 date codes. A full-size spare is located beneath the bed. Stopping power is provided by disc brakes at all four corners. The brake lines were reportedly replaced in preparation for the sale along with the brake calipers, the front and rear dampers, and a wheel speed sensor.

The split-folding front bench seat is upholstered in Tan cloth. Interior amenities include a factory CD stereo, all-weather floor mats, air conditioning, and power windows and door locks.

The leather-wrapped steering wheel frames a 100-mph speedometer, a 6k-rpm tachometer, and auxiliary gauges for fuel level, voltage, oil pressure, and coolant temperature. The digital odometer indicates 47k miles, approximately 30k of which were added under current ownership.

The 4.8-liter Vortec V8 was factory-rated at 270 horsepower and 285 lb-ft of torque. The seller states the oil was changed, the fuel rail was cleaned, and two fuel injectors were replaced in preparation for the sale.

Power is routed to the rear or all four wheels via a five-speed manual transmission and a dual-range transfer case. Corrosion is noted on underside surfaces and the rear differential cover was replaced in preparation for the sale.

The Carfax report shows no accidents or other damage and lists history in Indiana from new.
