This Toyota 4Runner (N180) got away, but there are more like it here.
This 2002 Toyota 4Runner SR5 remained registered in California with the original owner until the seller’s acquisition in 2022. The truck is powered by a 3.4-liter 5VZ-FE V6 linked with a four-speed automatic transmission, a dual-range transfer case, and a locking center differential and is finished in Thunder Cloud Metallic over gray cloth upholstery. A 2.5″ suspension lift kit that features Old Man Emu springs and Bilstein shocks was added under current ownership along with an Arksen roof basket and a hood deflector. Additional equipment includes the Sport Package, 16″ five-spoke aluminum wheels, a sunroof, air conditioning, a CD player, cruise control, and a power rear window. The fuel injectors were cleaned, an oil change was performed, and the spark plugs and front seat bottom cushions were replaced under current ownership as well. This 4Runner has 172k miles and is offered at no reserve with the owner’s manual and a clean Colorado title in the seller’s name.
The truck is finished in Thunder Cloud Metallic and features the Sport Package, which added painted fender flares and a hood scoop. Additional equipment includes a hood deflector, a sunroof, running boards, an Arksen roof basket, mud flaps, skid plates, a receiver hitch, and a rear window wiper. The Carfax report notes that the vehicle was involved in a rear-end collision in a February 2018 entry and a November 2019 entry notes “minor damage” to the rear. The rear bumper cover was refinished in 2019.
The 16″ five-spoke aluminum wheels are mounted with 285/75 Yokohama Geolander tires that were installed under current ownership, approximately 500 miles ago. The truck is fitted with a 2.5″ lift that utilizes Old Man Emu springs and Bilstein shocks. Braking is handled by front discs and rear drums.
The cabin features gray cloth upholstery on the seats along with a color-matching dash, center console, door panel inserts, and carpets. Amenities include air conditioning, a CD player, cruise control, a digital clock, WeatherTech floormats, a retractable cargo cover, and a power rear window. The front seat bottom cushions were replaced under current ownership.
The four-spoke steering wheel frames a 110-mph speedometer, a tachometer with a 5,500-rpm redline, and gauges for coolant temperature and fuel level. The digital odometer indicates 172k miles, approximately 600 of which were added by the seller.
The 3.4-liter 5VZ-FE V6 was factory rated at 183 horsepower and 217 lb-ft of torque. The valve cover gaskets and oil pan gasket were replaced in January 2022. Under current ownership, an oil change was performed, the spark plugs were replaced, and the fuel injectors were cleaned.
Power is sent to the rear or all four wheels through a four-speed automatic transmission, a dual-range transfer case, and a locking center differential.
