This 2003 Land Rover Discovery II was ordered with third-row seating, rear air conditioning, and heated front seats, and it is powered by a 4.6-liter V8 linked with a four-speed automatic transmission and a dual-range transfer case. Finished in black over black leather, it also features 18″ Hurricane alloy wheels and a 12-speaker sound system. The truck has been registered in suburban Chicago since new, and it was acquired by the seller in January 2024. This Discovery II has 40k miles and is offered at no reserve with a window sticker, manufacturer’s literature, a clean Carfax report, and a clean Illinois title.
The aluminum body panels are finished in Java Black, and the truck has dual sunroofs, fog lights, running boards, roof rails, and a receiver hitch.
Hurricane 18″ wheels are mounted with 255/55 Goodyear Assurance CS Fuel Max tires. The truck is equipped with electronic traction control and disc brakes with four-channel ABS.
The heated and power-adjustable front seats are upholstered in black leather, and wood trim accents the cabin, which has automatic climate control, rear air conditioning, and a cassette stereo. Loose areas of the headliner are shown in the gallery below.
A heated steering wheel frames the instruments, and the driver is aided by a heated windshield. The digital odometer indicates 40k miles, approximately 100 of which were added under current ownership.
Factory rated at 217 horsepower and 300 lb-ft of torque, the 4.6-liter V8 sends power to all four wheels through a four-speed automatic transmission and a dual-range transfer case.
