This 2005 BMW M3 convertible is finished in Jet Back over Cinnamon Nappa leather and is powered by a 3.2-liter inline-six linked with a six-speed manual transmission and a limited-slip differential. Equipment includes a black soft top, 18″ M double-spoke wheels, xenon headlights, Park Distance Control, the Cold Weather Package, power-adjustable front sport seats, a Harman Kardon sound system, and automatic climate control. The car was acquired by the selling dealer in 2023 before it was listed on BaT in July 2023, and it now has 37k miles. This E46 M3 is now offered at no reserve in Pennsylvania with a window sticker, manufacturer’s literature, an accident-free Carfax report, and a clean Delaware title.
The car is finished in Jet Black and is equipped with a black convertible soft top as well as xenon headlights, retractable headlight washers, fog lights, rain-sensing windshield wipers, LED taillights, Park Distance Control, and quad exhaust outlets. Paint chips are visible on the hood, there are scrapes on the lower-right section of the front bumper cover, a portion of the right-front corner marker is missing, and additional photos of the paint and trim condition are viewable in the gallery below.
The 18″ M double-spoke Style 67 wheels are mounted with older 225/45 front and 255/45 rear Michelin Pilot Sport A/S tires. The car was factory equipped with Dynamic Stability Control (DSC), and braking is provided by four-wheel ventilated discs. There are paint blemishes on the left-front and left-rear wheels.
The heated power-adjustable front sport seats and door-panel inserts are upholstered in Cinnamon Nappa leather, and the cabin features a black dashboard with Brushed Aluminum Shadow trim accents. Interior amenities include automatic climate control, driver-seat memory settings, front-seat lumbar support, cruise control, and Harman Kardon audio. Wear is visible on the gearshift knob.
The multi-function leather-wrapped steering wheel features M-color stitching and frames a 185-mph speedometer and a tachometer with a variable redline along with gauges for coolant temperature, oil temperature, and fuel level. The digital odometer indicates 37k miles.
The 3.2-liter S54 inline-six was factory rated at 333 horsepower and 262 lb-ft of torque.
Power is sent to the rear wheels through a six-speed manual transmission and a limited-slip differential. Additional photos of the underside are provided in the gallery below.
The window sticker lists initial delivery to BMW of Towson, Maryland, along with colors, equipment, options, and a total suggested retail price of $60,020. Manufacturer’s literature and a front license plate bracket are included in the sale.
The Carfax report shows no accidents or other damage and lists history in Maryland, Colorado, Delaware, and Pennsylvania. A January 2020 entry in the report lists an open manufacturer safety recall related to the front passenger airbag.
