This 2005 Dodge Ram 1500 Daytona is a regular-cab short-bed example that was delivered new to Brenner Motors of Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, and is finished in orange over gray cloth upholstery. Power is supplied by a 5.7-liter V8 paired with a five-speed automatic transmission, a limited-slip differential, and a dual-range transfer case. Additional equipment includes a Superchips Flashpaq performance tuner, a bed tonneau cover, bedside graphics, a rear spoiler, a power bulge hood, chrome-finished 20″ wheels, a power-adjustable driver’s seat, air conditioning, and a Pioneer touchscreen head unit. This Ram 1500 Daytona has 70k miles and is now offered at no reserve with a window sticker, service records, removed parts, a clean Carfax report, and a clean Pennsylvania title in the seller’s name.
The truck is finished in GoManGo! paint and features a tall rear spoiler and black bedside graphics reminiscent of the 1969 Dodge Charger Daytona. Additional features include a chrome fuel door, tinted rear glass, fog lights, heated side mirrors, a receiver hitch, a sliding rear window, a Power Bulge hood with a faux scoop, and side-exit exhaust outlets. A spray-in bedliner has been applied and the truck is also equipped with a roll-up tonneau cover. Scratches are evident on the rear bumper and scuffs are noted on the left door. The seller notes a sequential rear light bar.
Chrome-finished 20″ five-spoke alloy wheels wear 275/60 Goodyear Wrangler SR-A tires. Stopping power is provided by four-wheel anti-lock disc brakes.
The seats are upholstered in Dark Slate Gray cloth, and body-colored trim accents the center stack and door panels. Amenities include a power-adjustable driver’s seat, cruise control, air conditioning, a later-model folding center armrest with a storage console and cupholders in addition to a floor-mounted transfer case selector, all-weather floor mats, a backup camera, and a Pioneer touchscreen head unit with Infinity speakers. A numbered Daytona Edition plaque is located in the center stack.
The leather-wrapped steering wheel is mounted on a tilting column and frames white-dial instrumentation including a 120-mph speedometer, a 7k-rpm tachometer, and auxiliary gauges. The digital odometer shows 70k miles, approximately 5k of which were added by the seller.
The 5.7-liter Hemi V8 was factory rated at 345 horsepower and 375 lb-ft of torque and has been modified with a Superchips Flashpaq performance tuner. In 2019 a coolant flush was performed and an oil change was completed in 2023 along with replacing the hood struts.
Power is sent to the rear or all four wheels via a five-speed automatic transmission. The transmission and differential fluids were changed and the transfer case shifter bushing was replaced in 2019.
The window sticker notes initial delivery to Brenner Motors of Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, and lists factory colors, equipment, and a total price of $37,740.
The Carfax report shows no accidents or other damage and lists history in Pennsylvania,
