This Ford Mustang S197 2005-2014 got away, but there are more like it here.
This 2005 Ford Mustang GT coupe has 4,800 miles and remained with its original owner in North Carolina before the seller’s October 2023 acquisition. The car is finished in Redfire Metallic over Light Graphite leather and is powered by a 4.6-liter V8 linked with a five-speed automatic transmission. Equipment includes the Interior Upgrade Package, 17″ cast-aluminum wheels, a Shaker 500 audio system, a six-disc CD stereo, cruise control, and a rear decklid spoiler. Modifications include an MBRP axle-back exhaust system, S550-style taillights, and LED exterior lighting. This S197 Mustang coupe is now offered at no reserve with a window sticker, the owner’s manual, a clean Carfax report, and a clean South Carolina title in the seller’s name.
The car is finished in Redfire Metallic, and exterior equipment includes a rear decklid spoiler and dual exhaust outlets. The seller states that an LED third brake light, headlights, fog lights, side markers, and S550-style taillights are fitted.
The 17″ painted cast-aluminum wheels are mounted with Pirelli tires. The car is equipped with front and rear stabilizer bars as well as traction control. Stopping power is provided by four-wheel disc brakes.
The seating surfaces are upholstered in Light Graphite leather, and interior appointments include a Shaker 500 audio system with an in-dash six-disc CD stereo as well as a power-adjustable driver’s seat, satin-aluminum trim, keyless entry, cruise control, and air conditioning. The Carfax report notes airbag replacements in September 2016 and May 2018.
The three-spoke leather-wrapped steering wheel fronts a 145-mph speedometer and an 8k-rpm tachometer. The digital odometer indicates 4,800 miles, approximately 1k of which were added under current ownership.
The 4.6-liter V8 features three valves per cylinder and was factory rated at 300 horsepower and 320 lb-ft of torque. The oil was most recently changed in October 2023.
Power is delivered to the rear wheels through a five-speed automatic transmission. An MBRP axle-back exhaust system is fitted and corrosion is visible on the rear axle.
The window sticker notes initial delivery to Freedom Ford Mercury in Centre, Alabama, and lists factory equipment, colors, options, and a total MSRP of $28,490. Manufacturer’s literature is also included in the sale.
The Carfax report shows no accidents or other damage and lists registration history in North Carolina and South Carolina.
