This Toyota Tundra (XK30/XK40 2000-2006) got away, but there are more like it here.
This 2005 Toyota Tundra Limited is a Double Cab pickup finished in Salsa Red Pearl over Taupe leather upholstery and is powered by a 4.7-liter V8 linked to a five-speed automatic transmission, a limited-slip differential, and a dual-range transfer case. It is equipped with 17″ alloy wheels, fog lights, a glass sunroof, a suspension leveling kit, a Peragon tonneau cover, a backup camera, heated front seats, cruise control, a Sony head unit, and a JBL sound system. The truck was acquired by the seller in February 2021, and subsequent service included flushing the brake fluid, changing the oil, and replacing the timing belt. This Tundra has 128k miles and is now offered at no reserve with manufacturer’s literature, three key fobs, the factory head unit, running boards, a clean Carfax report, and a clean North Carolina title in the seller’s name.
The truck is finished in Salsa Red Pearl with a body-color grille, bumpers, wheel arch extensions, and mirror caps. Exterior details include fog lights, a glass sunroof, tinted windows, a power rear window, a Peragon tonneau cover, a receiver hitch, and a backup camera integrated into the tailgate handle surround. Corrosion is noted on the top of the bed and where the running boards were removed. The front bumper, hood, and fenders were reportedly repainted. Blemishes such as peeling rear window trim, and paint chips and dents on the roof can be seen up close in the photo gallery.
The split-spoke 17″ alloy wheels are mounted with 265/70 Cooper Discoverer AT3 4S tires. Stopping power is provided by antilock front disc brakes with red-finished calipers and cross-drilled rotors as well as rear drums. The brake fluid was flushed in May 2022. The seller notes that a suspension leveling kit was fitted and the bumpers were trimmed to accommodate a larger tire size.
The heated front bucket seats and a 60/40 split-folding rear bench are upholstered in Taupe leather, while woodgrain trim accents the cabin. Amenities include a power-adjustable driver seat, air conditioning, cruise control, a JBL sound system, a garage door opener, and a Sony head unit. A remote start system is said to have been installed. Wear on interior components is shown in the photo gallery.
The leather-wrapped steering wheel is mounted to a tilting column and frames a 120-mph speedometer, a tachometer, and gauges for voltage, oil pressure, coolant temperature, and fuel level. The digital odometer indicates 128k miles, approximately 15k of which were added by the seller.
The 4.7-liter V8 was factory rated at 282 horsepower and 325 lb-ft of torque. An oil change was completed in February 2023, and service in April 2023 included replacing the timing belt, gasket, and idler pulley according to the Carfax report.
Power is sent to the rear or all four wheels through a five-speed automatic transmission, an automatic limited-slip differential, and a dual-range transfer case. Corrosion can be seen on underside components, additional photos of which are presented in the gallery.
The Carfax report shows no accidents or other damage and lists history in New York, Pennsylvania, Florida, and North Carolina.
