This 2008 BMW M3 convertible is finished in Jerez Black Metallic over Palladium Silver Novillo leather and is powered by a 4.0-liter S65 V8 paired with a six-speed manual transmission and a limited-slip differential. Equipment includes a retractable hardtop, 19″ double-spoke wheels, adaptive xenon headlights, power-adjustable and heated front seats, dual-zone automatic climate control, iDrive with navigation, and a CD stereo. Modifications include a Dinan air intake, suspension components, and engine management software, along with a rear spoiler. The car was first registered in California and was purchased in 2016 by the seller, who has added 19k of its 53k miles. Service in 2019 included replacement of brake components and a fluid flush. This E93 M3 convertible is now offered on behalf of its current owner with service records, an accident-free Carfax report, and a clean California title.

The exterior is finished in Jerez Black Metallic and features a retractable hardtop. Equipment includes adaptive xenon headlights, rain-sensing wipers, rear parking sensors, quad exhaust outlets, and chrome window trim. A BMWCCA grille badge, a rear spoiler, and Dinan rear badging were added.

Style 220 19″ M Double Spoke wheels wear Michelin Pilot Super Sport measuring 255/35 up front and 275/35 out back, which were mounted in March 2018. The seller states that the suspension is modified with Dinan springs, camber plates, and lower control arm monoballs, and the car is equipped with Electronic Damper Control (EDC). The front and rear brake components were replaced in August 2019, and a brake fluid flush was performed in February 2019.

Palladium Silver Novillo leather covers the power-adjustable and heated front seats and the door panel inserts, which are contrasted by a black dashboard and aluminum trim. Interior amenities include dual-zone automatic climate control, iDrive with navigation, a CD stereo, cruise control, and power-folding side mirrors. A wind deflector is included in the sale and mounts above the rear seats.

The leather-wrapped multi-function steering wheel frames a 200-mph speedometer and a 9k-rpm tachometer, as well as gauges for oil temperature and fuel level. The digital odometer indicates just under 53k miles, approximately 19k of which were added during current ownership.

The 4.0-liter S65 V8 was factory-rated at 414 horsepower and 295 lb-ft of torque when new, which is sent to the rear wheels through a six-speed manual transmission and a limited-slip differential. The engine is modified with a Dinan under-drive pulley kit, air intake, and engine management software, and the under-engine splash shields were replaced in 2017.

The October 2020 Carfax report shows no accidents or other damage and lists registration history in California through its most recent entry in June 2020. At least one open recall campaign is noted.
