24k-Mile 2008 Honda S2000

This 2008 Honda S2000 was first delivered to Lia Honda in Albany, New York, and has remained registered in the state through the seller’s purchase in 2009. The car is finished in Chicane Silver Metallic over black leather and is powered by a 2.2-liter VTEC inline-four linked with a six-speed manual transmission and a limited-slip differential. Equipment includes 17″ five-spoke alloy wheels, a black convertible soft top, xenon headlights, air conditioning, and a CD stereo. This AP2 S2000 has 24k miles and is now offered with a window sticker, manufacturer’s literature, partial service records, a convertible boot, a clean Carfax report, and a clean New York title.

The car is finished in Chicane Silver Metallic and features a power-operated black soft top with a glass rear window. Additional equipment includes xenon headlights, a black windshield surround, roll hoops, and oval-tipped exhaust outlets. Photos of body panel VIN stickers can be viewed in the gallery.

The 17″ five-spoke alloy wheels are mounted with Goodyear Eagle Sport all-season tires measuring 215/45 up front and 245/40 out back that were installed in 2016. The car features double-wishbone suspension and four-wheel disc brakes.

The cabin features seats upholstered in black leather with color-matching door panels and carpets. Amenities include push-button ignition, air conditioning, cruise control, a CD stereo, and a leather-wrapped aluminum shift knob.

The three-spoke leather-wrapped steering wheel fronts a digital speedometer, a bar-style tachometer with an 8k-rpm redline, and gauges for coolant temperature and fuel level. The digital odometer indicates 24k miles, approximately 14k of which were added under current ownership.

The 2.2-liter F22C1 inline-four is equipped with VTEC variable valve timing and was factory rated at 237 horsepower and 162 lb-ft of torque. The battery was replaced in March 2021 and an oil change was performed in preparation for the sale.

Power is sent to the rear wheels through a six-speed manual transmission and a limited-slip differential. Corrosion can be seen on undercarriage components.

The window sticker lists initial delivery to Lia Honda as well as standard equipment and a total vehicle price of $34,935. Manufacturer’s literature, three keys, two fobs, a top boot cover, and partial service records are included in the sale.

The Carfax report shows no accidents or other damage and lists history in New York since new.

The most recent titling entry shows a lien, however, a lien release letter shows it was released in 2011.
