25k-Mile 2011 Ford Mustang GT Coupe Premium Roush 5XR 6-Speed

This 2011 Ford Mustang GT coupe is #113 of a reported 136 examples modified by Roush with the 5XR package, which added a R2300 ROUSHcharger, a body kit, a revised suspension, 20″ forged wheels, a billet upper grille, a Roush exhaust system, a short-throw shifter, and Roush 5XR badging. The supercharged 5.0-liter V8 is linked to a six-speed manual transmission and a limited-slip differential, and the car is finished in Kona Blue Metallic over black leather with Granite suede inserts. Additional equipment includes fog lights, front bucket seats, air conditioning, cruise control, a CD stereo with SYNC voice activation, and a Shaker 500 sound system. The car was sold new in New Jersey and spent time in Texas, where it was purchased by the current owner in 2021. This S197 has 25k miles and is now offered by the seller on behalf of their spouse with Ford and Roush window stickers, a Roush certificate of authenticity, manufacturer’s literature, a clean Carfax report, and a Texas title.

The car is finished in Kona Blue Metallic, and Roush-modified bodywork includes a revised front fascia, chin spoiler, grille, lower valance driving lamps, rear spoiler, and quarter-window louvers. Additional details include white side stripes, power-adjustable side mirrors, LED taillights, dual exhaust outlets, and Roush badging. Blemishes in the paint are presented in the gallery.

Roush 20″ forged wheels are wrapped in 275/35 Yokohama Advan Apex tires. The Roush 5XR suspension package includes the front struts, rear shocks, front and rear springs, front and rear sway bars, and pinion snubbers. Stopping power is provided by vented four-wheel discs.

The cabin features front bucket seats and a split-folding rear bench trimmed in black leather with Granite suede inserts and Jack Roush signatures embroidered on the front backrests. Amenities include keyless entry, air conditioning, cruise control, a Roush shift knob, a CD stereo with SYNC voice activation, and a Shaker 500 sound system.

A plaque affixed ahead of the shifter denotes the car as 5XR #113 and lists horsepower and torque ratings.

The multifunction steering wheel frames white Roush-branded instrumentation including a 160-mph speedometer, an 8k-rpm tachometer, a vent pod showing boost, and gauges for fuel level and coolant temperature. The digital odometer indicates 25k miles, approximately 3k of which were added under current ownership.

The 5.0-liter Coyote V8 was fitted with the R2300 ROUSHcharger in addition to a Roush intercooler, radiator, air induction system, intake manifolds, and a Roush-calibrated ECM. It was rated by Roush at 525 horsepower and 465 lb-ft of torque. The seller reports that the air conditioning blend door actuator was replaced under current ownership, and the oil was changed in 2023.

Power is routed to the rear wheels via a six-speed manual transmission and a limited-slip differential. The oil pan is dripping.

Ford and Roush window stickers, a Roush certificate of authenticity, manufacturer’s literature, and three keys are included in the sale.

The Carfax report shows no accidents or other damage and lists history in New Jersey and Texas. The most recent milage entry in June 2023 lists 28,000 miles, more than what is shown in the seller’s August 2023 photos.

There is currently a lien on the title, and the owner’s lender will need to be paid off prior to the title being transferred to the next owner.
