This Volkswagen Touareg got away, but there are more like it here.
This 2014 Volkswagen Touareg X TDI is one of 1,000 US-market examples produced to celebrate the 10th anniversary of the Touareg. It is finished in Moonlight Blue Pearl over Anthracite Vienna leather upholstery and powered by a 3.0-liter turbodiesel V6 mated to an eight-speed automatic transmission and a 4MOTION all-wheel drive system. Equipment includes a panoramic sunroof, a power tailgate, a rear-view camera, a receiver hitch, 19″ Moab aluminum wheels, dual-zone automatic climate control, navigation, power-adjustable and heated front seats, heated rear seats, and a touchscreen infotainment system. The truck spent time in Kentucky, Oklahoma, and New York before its recent acquisition by the selling dealer. This Touareg X has 49k miles and is now offered at no reserve in Wisconsin with a clean Carfax report and a clean New York title.
The truck is finished in Moonlight Blue Pearl and features Touareg X fender badges. Features include a panoramic sunroof, a power tailgate, a rear-view camera, a receiver hitch, roof rails, fog lights, LED daytime running lights, HID headlights with washers, and dual exhaust outlets with polished finishers. The selling dealer notes scratches on the tailgate, and photos show blemishes on the right-rear quarter panel.
Silver-finished 19″ Moab aluminum wheels are mounted with 265/50 Bridgestone Dueler H/L 400 tires. The selling dealer states that the rear brakes were serviced in February 2023.
The heated and power-adjustable front seats and the rear bench seat are upholstered in Anthracite Vienna leather, while ebony woodgrain trim accents the dashboard and door panels. Appointments include dual-zone automatic climate control, push-button ignition, Touareg X-branded front door sill plates, a touchscreen infotainment system with navigation, and an 8-speaker sound system.
The leather-wrapped multifunction steering wheel frames a 180-mph speedometer, a tachometer, and gauges for coolant temperature and fuel level. The digital odometer indicates 49k miles.
The 3.0-liter turbodiesel V6 was rated at 225 horsepower and 406 lb-ft of torque when new. A TDI Recall Proof of Completion sticker under the hood from November 2017 is shown in the gallery below. An oil change was performed in preparation for the sale.
Power is routed through an eight-speed automatic transmission and a 4MOTION all-wheel-drive system.
The Carfax report shows no accidents or other damage and lists history in Kentucky, Oklahoma, and New York.
