1,300-Mile 2018 Dodge Challenger SRT Demon

This 2018 Dodge Challenger SRT Demon is one of 3,300 examples built for the model year and was delivered new to Towbin Dodge of Henderson, Nevada. The car is finished in B5 Blue Pearl over a black Laguna leather and Alcantara interior and is powered by a supercharged 6.2-liter Hemi V8 mated to an eight-speed automatic transmission and a limited-slip differential. Equipment includes the Comfort Audio Group, 18″ aluminum wheels, Brembo brakes, an Air-Grabber hood, Uconnect navigation with an 8.4″ display, an 18-speaker Harman Kardon sound system, red seat belts, heated and ventilated front seats, and an optional rear seat. The car was acquired new by the current owner in December 2019 and now has 1,300 miles. This SRT Demon is offered by the seller on behalf of the owner with a Demon Crate, manufacturer’s literature, a window sticker, a clean Carfax report, and a clean California title in the owner’s name.

The Demon features an Air-Grabber hood with a 45-square-inch opening as well as Air-Catcher headlamps, widebody fender flares, and front and rear spoilers. This example is reportedly 1 of 135 Demons finished in B5 Blue Pearl for the US market. Window tint and paint protection film were applied to the car in February 2019.

Black-finished 18×11″ aluminum wheels wear Demon-branded 315/40 Nitto NT05R drag radial tires. Stopping power is provided by four-piston Brembo calipers over slotted rotors at all four corners. The car is equipped with an active damping suspension as well as electronic stability and traction control systems.

The cabin is upholstered in black Laguna leather and Alcantara, and this example is equipped with the rear-seat option. Amenities include heated and ventilated front seats, dual-zone automatic climate control, optional red seatbelts, an 18-speaker Harman Kardon audio system, a backup camera, and Uconnect infotainment with an 8.4-inch touchscreen.

The Wildwheel multifunction steering wheel is wrapped in Alcantara and is equipped with paddle shifters. Instrumentation consists of a tachometer with a 6,500-rpm redline, a 200-mph speedometer, and a configurable digital display. The odometer indicates 1,300 miles.

The 6.2-liter Hemi V8 features an IHI twin-screw supercharger and was factory-rated at up to 808 horsepower and 717 lb-ft of torque on premium fuel or up to 840 horsepower and 770 lb-ft on 100-octane fuel when enabled by the race-tuned ECU included in the Demon Crate. An oil change was performed in preparation for the sale.

Power is sent to the rear wheels through an eight-speed automatic transmission and a limited-slip differential. The car is equipped with “Drag Mode” and “Launch Assist” settings, which alter the engine management profiles and activate the TransBrake and line-lock functions.

The optional Demon Crate remains packed in its shipping container and includes a hydraulic floor jack with a carrying bag, a cordless impact wrench, a torque wrench, and a tire pressure gauge as well as a performance air filter, upgraded PCM, replacement switch module for selecting high-octane fuel, and front-runner wheels.

The window sticker shows factory colors, options, and a total price of $89,671.

The Carfax report shows no accidents or damage and lists history in Nevada, Montana, and California.
