2021 McLaren 720S Spider Performance

This 2021 McLaren 720S Spider Performance is powered by a twin-turbocharged 4.0-liter V8 paired with a seven-speed dual-clutch transaxle. Finished in Belize Blue over black leather and Alcantara upholstery, the car is equipped with a retractable electrochromic glass hardtop, carbon-ceramic brakes, 19″ and 20″ lightweight forged wheels, a sport exhaust, 360-degree park assist, heated and power-adjustable seats, carbon-fiber trim, and a 12-speaker audio system. Acquired by the selling dealer in October 2022, this 720S Spider Performance has 12k miles and is now offered with manufacturer’s literature, a battery charger, a clean Carfax report, and a clean Texas title.

The 720S utilizes a carbon-fiber Monocage II chassis with an extruded aluminum subframe, and this example is finished in Belize Blue. The active rear spoiler features an air brake and an automatic Drag Reduction System. Additional equipment includes a power-retractable electrochromic glass roof panel, carbon-fiber air intakes, the Carbon-Fiber Exterior Upgrade Pack 1, twin exhaust outlets, front and rear parking sensors, and twin-hinge dihedral soft-close doors. The selling dealer notes the door hydraulic struts were replaced under warranty.

Satin Diamond Cut-finished 19″ and 20″ lightweight forged wheels wear 245/35 front and 305/30 rear Pirelli P Zero tires. The adaptive double-wishbone suspension features three driver-selectable modes, and braking is provided by multi-piston calipers mounted over carbon-ceramic rotors.

The heated and power-adjustable seats are upholstered in a combination of black leather and Alcantara, with a matching dashboard and door panels. Amenities include dual-zone climate control, seat position memory, a rearview camera, 360-degree park assist, and touch-screen infotainment with 12-speaker audio, navigation, Bluetooth connectivity, and satellite radio.

The flat-bottomed steering wheel is fitted with carbon-fiber trim and shift paddles and fronts a retractable LCD screen with a 9k-rpm tachometer, a digital speedometer, and auxiliary gauges. The digital odometer indicates 12k miles.

The 4.0-liter M840T V8 utilizes twin-scroll turbochargers, a flat-plane crankshaft, and dry-sump lubrication, and it was factory rated at 710 horsepower and 568 lb-ft of torque. This example was optioned with a sport exhaust. Power is sent to the rear wheels through a seven-speed dual-clutch transaxle.

Manufacturer’s literature, two key fobs, and a battery charger are included in the sale.

The Carfax report shows no accidents or other damage and lists history in Pennsylvania, Colorado, and Texas.
