2021 Mercedes-AMG GT Black Series

This 2021 Mercedes-AMG GT Black Series is finished in black over a black leather and Dinamica interior and is powered by a twin-turbocharged 4.0-liter V8 mated to a seven-speed dual-clutch transaxle and a limited-slip differential. Black Series examples of the AMG GT utilize carbon-fiber components to reduce weight and feature widened aerodynamic bodywork and upgraded internal engine components. Additional equipment includes staggered-diameter forged wheels, ceramic-composite brakes, an adaptive sport suspension, an adjustable carbon-fiber double rear wing, AMG performance seats, front and rear cameras, LED exterior lighting, Keyless Go, The Lane Tracking Package, and a Burmester surround-sound system. The car was sold new at Jackie Cooper Mercedes-Benz in Tulsa, Oklahoma, and moved to Texas before it was acquired by the selling dealer in May 2022. This AMG GT Black Series has 549 miles and is offered with AMG-branded accessories, an accident-free Carfax report, and a clean Texas title.

The car is finished in black (040) and features widened bodywork specific to the Black Series in addition to a revised front fascia with enlarged intercooler openings, vented front fenders, and a manually adjustable carbon-fiber double rear wing with an electronically controlled center section. Exposed carbon fiber accents the hood, front splitter, roof panel, side-skirt extensions, and mirror caps. Additional equipment includes front canards, LED exterior lighting, parking sensors, front and rear cameras, a rear diffuser, tinted windows, and quad exhaust outlets.

Forged 19″ and 20″ wheels are finished in black with silver lips and mounted with Michelin Pilot Sport Cup 2 R tires that measure 285/35 up front and 335/30 out back. The car features an adaptive coilover suspension with driver-selectable modes, and Black Series equipment includes a carbon-fiber front anti-roll bar and carbon-fiber chassis bracing. Braking is handled by multi-piston monobloc brake calipers clamping ceramic composite brake rotors with model-specific pads.

The heated and power-adjustable AMG Performance seats are upholstered in black leather with Dinamica synthetic suede inserts and orange stitching that extends to the dashboard, center console, and door panels. Amenities include silver seat belts, carbon-fiber door sill panels, a carbon-fiber rear crossbar, dual-zone automatic climate control, The Lane Tracking Package, Keyless Go, a Burmester surround-sound system, COMAND infotainment with navigation and an optional touch-pad.

A Dinamica-trimmed AMG-branded steering wheel features an adjustable drive mode dial and fronts a configurable 12.3″ digital instrument cluster. The digital odometer indicates 549 miles.

The twin-turbocharged 4.0-liter V8 features a flat-plane crankshaft, revised turbochargers, and increased boost pressure for a factory-rated peak output of 720 horsepower and 590 lb-ft of torque. Power is sent to the rear wheels through a seven-speed AMG Speedshift dual-clutch automatic transaxle and an electronically-controlled limited-slip differential.

The Carfax report shows no accidents or other damage and lists history in Oklahoma, Arkansas, and Texas. An open manufacturer safety recall associated with the wiring harness of the front wheel speed sensors is listed in March 2022.
