This pedal car was produced by the AZLK factory in the USSR in the early 1990s in the style of their full-size Moskvich passenger cars, which were assembled at the same factory. It features steel bodywork finished in red, a plastic windscreen, headlights, chrome-effect trim, a white three-spoke steering wheel, and a single black seat. This Moskvich pedal car is now offered at no reserve in North Carolina with replacement headlights, a Russian-language instruction manual, and a bill of sale.
Moskvich was a Soviet/Russian automobile brand produced by AZLK between 1946 and 1991 that also produced pedal car versions of their full-size passenger cars. The steel bodywork on this example is finished in red and features a plastic windscreen, a chrome-effect grille and beltline trim, black bumpers, Moskvich emblems front and back, faux taillights, and a rear license plate. The windscreen has blemishes and is opaque, and the seller notes a flaw in the paint on the right side. Replacement headlight units are included in the sale.
The steel wheels wear bright hub caps and solid rubber tires.
The single black seat is positioned aft of a white three-spoke steering wheel. Faux instrument gauges are to the left of the steering wheel, while a switch to operate the headlights is located on the right.
The rear wheels are driven by twin foot pedals, which also provide braking input when back-pedaled. The wiring for the headlights is visible on the right side, and the seller notes the battery is missing.
A Russian-language instruction manual is included.
