This 2001 Land Rover Discovery II SE is powered by a 4.0-liter V8 linked with a four-speed automatic transmission and a dual-range transfer case. Finished in green with a white roof over Bahama Beige leather, it features a 1.5″ suspension lift, Old Man Emu shock absorbers, 16″ five-spoke alloy wheels, a front brush guard, a heated windshield, a Safety Devices roof basket, a rear ladder and step, a receiver hitch, dual sunroofs, heated and power-adjustable front seats, dual-zone automatic climate control, and a cassette stereo. It was acquired in 2021 by the seller, who reports that subsequent work included pinning the cylinder liners, rebuilding the power steering pump, resealing the sunroof pans, and replacing the head gaskets, radiator, water pump, alternator, starter, mass airflow sensor, brake booster, brake master cylinder, front driveshaft, catalytic converters, oxygen sensors, headliner, and rear quarter frame. This Discovery II is now offered at no reserve with service records dating to 2011 and a Virginia title in the seller’s name.

The truck was finished at the factory in Epsom Green, and the seller notes that during current ownership the hood lettering was replaced, the hood and front fenders were repainted, the roof was finished in white Plasti Dip rubber coating, and textured bedliner material was applied to the grille guard, windshield cowl, bumpers, and wheel arch extensions. Damage to the front is listed in a September 2009 entry on the Carfax report.

Reported work during current ownership included pinning the cylinder liners, installing an inline thermostat, modifying the PCV system, and replacing the head gaskets, catalytic converters, oxygen sensors, cooling hoses, water pump, radiator, coolant bottle, mass airflow sensor, air conditioning compressor, alternator, starter, battery, drive-belt pulleys, ignition coils, ignition wires, and spark plugs.

Power is routed to all four wheels through a four-speed automatic transmission and a dual-range transfer case. Drivetrain fluids and the front driveshaft were replaced after the seller acquired the truck as well as the rear quarter frame, and underbody condition is shown further at the end of the gallery.
