Chassis CF14 is said to have been originally owned by whisky heir and privateer Formula One team owner Rob Walker before being purchased by a developer who commissioned the addition of air conditioning and an updated cooling system by the factory in 1971. The car was sold in the 1980s to a marque specialist who imported it to the US and initiated a refurbishment that included a repaint in the current shade of red before reportedly earning second in class at the 1990 Pebble Beach Concours d’Elegance. It remained with the same steward until 2021 when it was purchased by its current owner and received a refresh of its interior in black leather. Power is provided by a replacement 428ci Ford V8 that was installed in 1971 and is mated to a Ford C6 automatic transmission and a limited-slip differential. Additional features include adjustable coil-sprung independent suspension, four-wheel disc brakes, 15” wire wheels, a black convertible top, and power windows.
