1972 Jeep CJ-5 V8 3-Speed
This 1972 Jeep CJ-5 remained titled to the original owner until 2023 according to the seller, who purchased it from their estate at that time. It is finished in orange over black vinyl and is powered by a 304ci V8 mated to a three-speed manual transmission and a dual-range transfer case. Equipment includes 15″ chrome wheels, power steering, manually locking front hubs, a black bimini top, a fold-down windshield, round headlights, soft doors, a roll bar, a front winch, and a receiver hitch. 1975 Triumph TR6
This 1975 Triumph TR6 underwent a multi-year refurbishment circa 2010 that involved removing the body from the frame and repainting it green as well as performing body panel replacements and re-trimming the cabin in tan leather. This NASCAR-style Chevrolet Monte Carlo was reportedly assembled for Warner Bros. for use in the film Looney Tunes: Back in Action, after which it is said to have been used for promotional display in a restaurant until 2019, when the current owner purchased the car. The NASCAR body is finished in a blue and red Jeff Gordon DuPont livery, and power is provided by a 350ci V8 linked with a Jerico four-speed manual transmission and a 9″ solid rear axle. A steel-tube roll cage is installed along with AutoMeter gauges, a fixed racing seat, a Fuel Safe fuel cell, an adjustable rear spoiler, bias-adjustable disc brakes, and power steering. This NASCAR-style race car is now offered by the seller on behalf of the owner with four Looney Tunes promotional banners and a Wyoming title identifying the car as a 1994 assembled vehicle.
1963 Chevrolet Corvette Split-Window Coupe 327/360 Fuelie 4-Speed
This 1963 Chevrolet Corvette split window coupe was reportedly owned by the same family from the 1970s until the seller purchased it in 2023. The car was refinished in black in 2018 under prior ownership, and the interior was re-trimmed under current ownership with red vinyl seat upholstery and red carpets. Power is provided by a fuel-injected 327ci V8 paired with a four-speed manual transmission, and additional equipment includes an AM/FM radio, power windows, power-assisted drum brakes, concealed headlights, and 15″ Kelsey-Hayes knock-off wheels. This split-window C2 coupe is now offered in North Carolina with a clean Montana title in the name of the seller’s LLC.
4,400-Mile 1996 Vector M12
This 1996 Vector M12 was completed in March 1996 as the fourth of 14 examples built during a four-year production run after Indonesian firm Megatech’s hostile takeover of Vector Aeromotive. The car was driven by Jeremy Clarkson in a period Top Gear segment and later spent 13 years with one owner prior to being purchased by the selling dealer in 2018, after which it received a cosmetic and mechanical freshening. Featuring fiberglass bodywork finished in red over a lengthened Lamborghini Diablo chassis, the car is powered by a mid-mounted 5.7-liter Lamborghini quad-cam V12 that is mated to a ZF five-speed manual transaxle. Additional features include Brembo disc brakes, multipiece staggered-width 18” three-spoke wheels, coilover independent suspension, rack-and-pinion power steering, a custom exhaust system, power window panels, and air conditioning. This M12 has 4,400 miles and is now offered with service invoices from current ownership, an owner’s manual, Vector signage purchased on BaT in February 2023, its removed exhaust system, a clean Carfax report, and a clean Florida title.
BaT Auction Success Story: Another Pinto, Another Time
We firmly believe every car has the ability to preserve a special story for someone, and the Ford Pinto is no different. BaT user agl recently sent in this very personal Success Story, penned by his partner, about the 1979 Ford Pinto wagon that he won in a July 2023 BaT auction.
This 1979 Ford Pinto station wagon was discovered on Bring a Trailer by my partner, Aaron (agl). He knew the sentimental value that a car like this held for me, as a Pinto was my high school car. After an extensive four-year search, Aaron surprised me with this EXACT replica of that first Pinto, bringing back a flood of memories.
55-Years-Family-Owned 1955 Vincent Black Shadow
This 1955 Vincent Black Shadow is one of approximately 140 examples produced and is said to have been sold new in Nashville, Tennessee, in 1955. It was acquired by the seller’s father out of Nashville in 1969, with ownership passing to the seller in 2003. Powered by a 989cc V-twin paired with a four-speed gearbox, the bike is finished in black with gold accents and features polished aluminum fenders, a two-up seat, a Girdraulic fork, a rear monoshock, triple drum brakes, Amal Monobloc carburetors, a chrome two-into-one exhaust system, and a hand-lever-operated center stand. This Series D Black Shadow is now offered with the previous owner’s handwritten records along with Vincent literature and a clean Illinois title in the seller’s name.
1,800-Mile 2013 Chevrolet Corvette 427 Convertible 60th Anniversary
This 2013 Chevrolet Corvette 427 convertible is one of approximately 1,088 examples equipped with the 60th Anniversary Design Package and has 1,800 miles. Power is supplied by a 7.0-liter LS7 V8 paired with a six-speed manual gearbox and is finished in Arctic White over Diamond Blue leather upholstery. 1969 MG MGB GT
This 1969 MG MGB GT was registered in California before it was acquired by the seller in 2019, and it is powered by an overbored 1.8-liter inline-four linked to a four-speed manual transmission with overdrive. Finished in green over black vinyl upholstery, the car has been modified with 15″ Konig alloy wheels, lowering springs, a rear Panhard bar, and an alloy valve cover. Additional equipment consists of a high-torque starter, auxiliary Smiths gauges, an aftermarket steering wheel, and chrome-plated bumpers with overriders. Work since 2021 is said to have included replacing the cylinder head gasket and clutch. This MGB is now offered at no reserve with a clean California title in the seller’s name.
1974 Alfa Romeo 2000 Spider Veloce
This 1974 Alfa Romeo 2000 Spider Veloce was acquired by the owner in 2005, and a subsequent refurbishment included refinishing the body, reupholstering the seats, replacing the carpeting, and overhauling the SPICA fuel-injection system. Powered by a 2.0-liter DOHC inline-four paired with a five-speed manual gearbox, the car is equipped with a black canvas soft top, 14″ alloy wheels, and a wooden shift knob and steering wheel. Work carried out in 2019 included overhauling the oil pressure sending unit as well as replacing the oil pressure sensor, alternator, fuel filter and hoses, and spark plugs. 1979 Land Rover 88 Series III Santana Diesel
This 1979 Land Rover 88 Series III is a left-hand-drive station wagon that was built by Metalurgica de Santa Ana S.A. in Spain, where it was refurbished cosmetically and mechanically after it was acquired by the seller in 2022. Power comes from a 2.25-liter diesel inline-four linked with a four-speed manual transmission and a dual-range transfer case. The truck is finished in yellow over black upholstery, and it has 16″ steel wheels, three-across front seats, inward-facing rear jump seats, and a vented tropical roof. 1985 Porsche 911 Carrera Targa

1973 Volvo 1800ES Pickup Conversion 4-Speed
This 1973 Volvo 1800ES was modified with a pickup-style cargo bed by the prior owner over the course of several decades, and additional work involved rebuilding the 2.0-liter inline-four, overhauling the chassis, and re-trimming the seats in black leather. The vehicle was repainted in blue and features early-style side trim, chrome cow-horn bumpers, sliding rear windows, and a tow ball. 1970 Alfa Romeo 1750 Berlina 2.0L
This 1970 Alfa Romeo 1750 Berlina was acquired by a previous owner as a rolling chassis and was subsequently fitted with a 2.0L twin-cam inline-four as well as various suspension modifications and replacement interior components. It was sold on BaT in December 2023 and subsequently acquired by the same seller. The engine is equipped with twin Weber 45 DCOE carburetors, and the suspension has been modified with Koni shock absorbers, Centerline springs, and Alfaholics lightweight front spring pans.
