Important: We have migrated from our legacy student portal to our new myCalhoun Experience Portal.
New Students & Readmission Students (not attended in 18 months):
Your password and account recovery settings are being managed today using functionality in our legacy portal. Begin by using this First-Time User Link to complete user security and account recovery settings. Use your Calhoun A-Number as your Username and provide the additional details requested. You will be asked to configure multi-factor authentication and you will want to create a new password. This will also be the password you use to sign-on to use the new myCalhoun Experience portal. Some applications within the new portal will also use the legacy sign-on credentials. Use the Username = your A-Number and newly changed Password when prompted with this legacy sign-on screen:
Once you have completed the steps above, you will be able to login into myCalhoun Experience using the Username = your calhoun.edu email address and your Password to:
- Access OneACCS Banner
- Register for classes
- Drop/Add classes during D/A period
- Pay Tuition & Fees
- Request Calhoun transcripts
- Request enrollment verifications
- Apply to graduate
- Access Degree Works
- Access Blackboard – Blackboard help
- Check Calhoun email (legacy sign-on required) – Email help
- Apply for Calhoun Scholarships (legacy sign-on required) – Scholarships info
- Set up CCC alerts (legacy sign-on required)
Schedule tutoring and more (legacy sign-on may be required)
