CUSTOM CHEVY S-10 MINI TRUCK
A few months ago, I had a call from a good friend of mine who owns a Bus Company in Orlando. He buys & sells large passenger Buses like we buy and sell Classics and Hot Rods. And ... he has established a very successful business ... since ... Orlando has to be the passenger bus capital of the WORLD!
Well ... he told me about one of his best customers (from Wisconsin) who owned a large Transportation Company ... and ... had purchased many Busses from him over the last 20 years. He related that ... he had told him about us ... since ... he was also a Hot Rod enthusiast.
So ... a few weeks ago this gentleman visited the FSD Hot Rod Ranch ... and ... purchased a beautiful, restored 1978 Chevrolet 2WD Blazer ... and ... traded us one of his favorite vehicles ... his incredible ... 2001 Custom Chevrolet S-10 Extended Cab.
Well ... when it arrived ... we were THRILLED !!

06/28/19 UPDATE: Today I was able to speak to the gentleman who purchased this truck new and had all the alterations and customizing done. You see ... he had seen the pickup on our website under "Arriving Trades" and decided to contact us. He was amazed to see it just exactly like he sold it when it had only 32,000 miles on it (it now has 45,000). It seems that the collector I got it from had carefully maintained it in climate controlled storage ... and ... made virtually no alterations. He also related that he was a Electrician by trade ... and that ... much of the work (customizing the truck) was accomplished by himself ... and ... some of his close friends who also loved "Lowered Hot Rod Pickups". He said it was "His Pride and Joy" when he owned it ... and ... he was thrilled to see that it had been so perfectly maintained!
