Powered by a period correct 400 Cubic inch engine and backed by the
turbo 400 transmission. During the restoration, The complete
drive-train was rebuilt. The engine runs strong and the hydra-matic
shifts well. The car has a great feel as you roll down the road.
The front end is very true and and brakes stop well. This is a very
comfortable driving car.
This car has under went a total Rotisserie Restoration back to new
standards. The frame was powder coated and all new brake and fuel
lines were installed. All new leaf springs and shocks to give stock
ride and comfort. The original and solid floor plans were
re-coated. The car was an un-restored survivor with original paint
prior to the restoration. The car still retains all of the original
sheet metal. The body was stripped to bare metal and expertly
repainted in the original color Vedero Green. The interior is all
new and restored to represent a new car in 1967. All new seat
covers, carpets, headliner, package tray. door sills, gauges, give
this car a new car smell. The exterior has all new chrome and all
of the stainless has been polished. The end result is a 1967
Firebird that looks and smells like a new car.
