1948 FORD F-1 CUSTOM PICKUP T-1311 The first-generation of the Ford
F-Series is a series of trucks that was produced by Ford in North
America from 1947 to 1952. The introduction of the F-Series marked
the divergence of Ford car and truck design, developing a chassis
intended specifically for truck use. Engine: -Chevrolet 350ci V8
Engine. -6-71 Supercharger by Hampton's Blowers in Downey, CA.
-Vintage Air Conditioning System Chassis/Drivetrain: -700R4
Automatic Transmission w/ 2,400 stall converter. -Heidt's Mustang
II front clip. -11 inch power disc brakes. -Rack and Pinion Power
Steering. -Power Windows. -Tubular A-Arms. -Coilover Shocks front
and rear. -Four-link rear suspension. -Ford 9 inch narrowed rear
end with 3.70 ratio and a locker carrier. Interior/Exterior:
-Custom metallic green paint with matching dash completed by Mr.
D's Custom Body and Paint in Brea, CA. -Custom creme colored
leather interior by Collins Trim. -Polished aluminum, leather
wrapped tilt column steering wheel. -Original style factory Ford
gauge cluster. -Shaved exterior door handles with remote door
poppers. -Custom interior door handles. -Hagan hidden hinge kit.
-Roof chopped 2 inches but kept rear window placement to preserve
view. -Shaved drip rails. -New grille. -Hagan's 40's-50's French
headlight conversion. -Custom ignition, headlight, and wiper motor
switches relocated to inside the glove box for a super clean look.
-Custom kill switch, starter switch and light controls hidden under
the dash. -Billet Specialties Chromed Legacy Wheels w/ knock offs
wrapped with BFGoodrich Touring T/A Tires (Front: P205/75R15, Rear:
P225/60R15). -Finished oak wood bed. -Always garage kept and
