1975 Chevrolet Corvette Roadster
Car History
"Here's this year's version of last year's Best All-Around Car"
boasted the 1975 Corvette sales brochure and it was right. The 1975
Corvette Roadster dark green and tan restored roadster we have here
at Adventure Classics is a perfect example and one of the best of
that year you could ever find.
Engine & Drivetrain
Our 1975 boasts what appears to be the original 350 cubic inch V8
engine sporting a 4-barrel carb and looking stock with the orange
painted block and intake, but with custom black valve covers with
red Chevrolet and lettering an logo.
The engine has the black twin scoop open ram air cleaner assembly,
factory cast iron exhaust manifolds, air conditioning, power
steering, power disc brakes, all sitting in a very clean and
detailed engine compartment.
It is a rugged power plant with good low-speed torque outstanding
for around-town cruising, High Energy Ignition, Dual exhaust
system, the optional Turbo Hydramatic Automatic Transmission, front
suspension with unequal-length upper and lower control arms, ball
joints and coil springs, but with higher rate springs and a
stabilizer bar to help boost road holding and stability, and an
independent rear suspension that really sets Corvette apart from
other U.S. cars.
Interior
Our immaculate 1975 Corvette features medium saddle individually
adjustable, deep-pleated and saddle-stitched bucket seats with
textured-vinyl panels and accents on doors, dash and console,
built-in armrests, an assist grip, matching rich color-keyed,
deep-twist carpeting underfoot, lockable compartments, and fully
carpeted luggage space.
The Instruments & Controls have AM/FM radio with dual speakers,
lighter and ashtray, speedometer, trip odometer and matching tach,
and auxiliary instruments on a separate panel over the console
include fuel, clock with sweep-second hand, oil pressure and amps,
plus reminder lights for seat belts, door ajar and headlight
doors.
Exterior
Our 1975 Roadster features a beautiful dark green paint which looks
as new flowing over the sculptured Stingray body, cowl hood, and
fiberglass front and rear bumpers.
It has Rally wheels with chrome trim rings and center caps with
Futura GLS Super Sport tires, the great white convertible top
features a fast-folding operation that completely hides away under
a flush rear deck panel, and it sounds as good as it looks with
that set of dual exhaust chrome tips exiting out the rear.
Conclusion
Everything top to bottom on this beautiful 1975 Chevrolet Corvette
we have here at Adventure Classics and it looks as good as it did
from the factory, if not better.
Do not miss a chance to get this 1975 Chevrolet Corvette Roadster
before it gets away from you.
