One of America’s only authorized Porsche Classic Partner, Porsche Colorado Springs, has refurbished this spectacular 1975 2.7L 911S. Factory trained Porsche Classic Technician, Dave Petitti has put nearly two years time into this 911S, and it not only shows new, but it drives new as well. The driving action is absolutely phenomenal!
The exterior paint color of choice by the Porsche Classic department was Kelly Green and the paintwork performed by Superior Automotive in Pueblo, Colorado shows new and fresh. The original color of the car was Silver Metallic.
The interior has been refurbished by Knowles Trim Shop in Colorado Springs and shows new with driver and passenger seats being upgraded to include hounds tooth center inserts.
The engine and transmission assemblies have been overhauled using only Porsche OEM parts supplied by Porsche Classic Parts. The crankshaft, camshafts, and cylinder heads were reconditioned during the engine overhaul process.
The original exhaust has been replaced with 911SC exhaust that has been ceramic coated.
Several additional parts were replaced during the engine / transmission overhaul including the hydraulic chain tensioners, alternator, battery, fan pulley, v-belt, axle flanges, dampening mat, ground cable, starter ring gear, deck lid struts, oil pressure switch, and engine compartment stickers.
Tail light lenses are new with new exterior bulbs all around the car. The car comes with the Porsche Classic Radio.
This is a beautifully refurbished early 911 that can be enjoyed to the fullest!
