Summary[edit]

Description
English: 1966 AMC Marlin. A sporty "personal-luxury" two-door hardtop (no "B" body pillar) with a distinctive fastback design built by American Motors Corporation (AMC). This car is finished in Apollo Yellow and has the optional black vinyl roof cover that extends from the windshield to over the trunk lid to the rear as well as in the side trim inserts around the side windows. The interior is in black with bucket seats and center arrests in front and back. It has AMC's 327 cu in (5.4 L) V8 engine with a center console shifted automatic transmission. This car also has AMC's optional "Turbocast" full wheel covers. Photographs were taken during the American Motors Owners (AMO) convention and car show that was held in Colorado Springs, Colorado.
