Ellucian is making access to services easier and simpler for our Colleague customers.  Training and certification support will be moving from clients.datatel.com to new locations, listed below: 

  • Colleague Certification (formerly Product Certifications and Cessations) is moving into the Ellucian Hub in order to be secured and available with the rest of your Ellucian support solutions, such as eCommunities and the Support Center.  This means that if you already have an Ellucian Hub account, you will automatically have access to this new tile with no additional login or password.  If you do not already have an Ellucian Hub account, you can register for one on the Ellucian Client Support page.

Colleague Certification has all the functionality of Product Certifications and Cessations, with one exception: a new feature has been added which allows export of your results to Excel.

Please note, for consistency, we have modified the solution support statuses to align with the standard Ellucian Support Assurance Policy.
