Aetna – How To Order Supplies

Visit Website: www.aetnamedicare.com

  1. Click (remove “For”) Producers (top right hand side of page)
  2. Scroll down and click Order Enrollment Kits.
  3. Enter your NPN (National Producer Number) for both Username and Password.
  4. Click Login.
  5. Select the Plan Year.
  6. Select the State
  7. Select the Product.
  8. Select Language
  9. Click Next.
  10. Hover over the name of the plan you want to order, a dialog box will appear, enter the number of enrollment kits you are ordering, then click on the basket to add them to your cart.
  11. Go to the Cart by clicking the basket in the top right-hand
  12. Click Check Out.
  13. Select or manually enter the Shipping and click Place Order. Note: If the quantity is larger than allowed, enter the reason under “Routing Justification” during the check-out.
  14. You will receive email verification of your order.

Notes

To receive materials you must be Licensed, Appointed, and Certified for the product you are representing. If you haven’t yet, be sure to upload your completed certification to your producer portal for Licensing@ConnexionInsurance.com confirmation.

All orders must go through Aetna Producer World.

If agent needs larger quantities they will have to process multiple orders through the website.
