Brooklin over several years issued a nice replica of the ‘53 Studebaker Starliner coupe. The first was a pale green model. Later a blue and white one was realeased, and then a red one with an ivory top became available with refinements and some additional chrome detail. These are beautiful models of that famous Loewy design.

Very nice models. I have two of them in my collection. Not sure I've ever seen the blue version-I like it. I have the red one, it is from the Dick Browne Collection. I also have one in the mint green although it has been modified & detailed by Bruce Arnold Models.
Here's that one...

John, here is an actual car very close to your Bruce Arnold model.

I had wondered if the pale green first issue Studebaker Starliner coup was a correct color. Turns out it’s Chippewa Green as the actual car and your Bruce Arnold model below suggest. Autocolor library chip looked too dark but then again, paint sample pictures only give an approximate shade.

Gentlemen, I agree that Brooklin did well with this beautiful Studebaker. Mine is the Chippewa green version. But here's where I have to add another- the Franklin Mint version of so many years ago.
Considering changes in the dollar's value, I think the FM and BRK were comparable at the time of purchase. Today I'm not sure and I'm not about to offer mine to find out! But I like them both.

Wow, Studebaker was really knocking it out of the park with beautiful coupes in the early 50s...the bullet-nose Starlight, then this gorgeous Starliner!

Here's another '53 (Spark) and a '55 Commander (Dinky France)
There is a third two-color Brooklin version with different grill and added chrome details (a 1954 model).
WOW! Some very nice models. Thanks everyone for sharing the great photos.
