Finally! I've already got over 100 miles.
For everyone who didn't follow the recent Tugela voyage, our cars were shipmates.
Hope you love it as much as I love my new M4.

Of course you'll see the blue out in the sun, but wait til you see the blue at night in dim light..also quite cool. And, a lot of the time you'll have a black car. But better than BSM, of course.

Indeed it has! It was a blast to share the past few months with other members, though.

I didn't get home until after dark so I'll have more/better pics in the days to come. First impressions are extremely positive. I couldn't be happier with the color...I know everybody says "you have to see it in person" about all sorts of colors...but the cliche holds true here. I was afraid it would look too much like an "ordinary black" car, but there is plenty of blue even in low light. And even in certain shadows/angles where it does look MORE black...it's more of an inky color and you can immediately tell that there's something different about it. Love it.

LOL it actually did leave a small mark. Taking it to the detailer tomorrow for paint correction and ceramic coatings.

Obviously I'm biased and I'm still in that "new car" phase where everything is awesome...but the color really is amazing. It never really looks like "plain black" (nothing against black cars!), even in the shadiest of conditions it has more of an inky color to it. Blue/purpleish sparkles in the sun. Under garage lighting it almost looks like Tanzanite. I honestly could not be happier.
