How can I access The Office? | |||
Visit https://coach.teambeachbody.com and log in with your BODi Partner email and password. For easier mobile access, we recommend adding the link to your phone home screen. | |||
How do I log out of The Office? | |||
You can log out by clicking "Sign Out" from the footer of the website or the profile icon in the top right corner, or on mobile, clicking on the menu icon in the top left corner and then "Sign Out". You will be automatically logged out after 30 minutes of inactivity. | |||
Can I access all of my Business Center's (BC's) from a single account? | |||
No, you must log in separately to each account in order to see specific information. To log in/out of your BC's, click on your profile icon in the top right corner to select and toggle over to other BC’s. You must first add accounts to be able to toggle. | |||

What types of content can I search for? | |||
The search feature returns results for content contained within The Office. To search for data within specific reports, you must search within the report. | |||
How do I change language/locale? | |||
You can change language/locale by clicking "Edit" next to the current language/locale displayed in the footer. In The Office Mobile footer, click "Edit" next to the language/locale indicator, then select your preferred language to view translated content. Note that not all US-English content has been translated. | |||
How do I return to The Office Mobile homepage once I navigate away? | |||
To return to the homepage you may click on the BODi logo in the global header. On a mobile device, you can also click on "Home" on the global footer, or in the upper left corner menu. | |||
Can I upload or save Contacts or Prospects? | |||
No, you are currently unable to upload or save contacts or prospects. |
What types of Business Alerts will display? | |||
You will receive an alert when you have New Orders, New Customers, New Partner Sign-ups, PS Partners projected to be inactive, PS Partners that have changed rank, and New Enrollments by PS Partners, and more. Each alert links to the respective report that provides more information. | |||
How often will Business Alerts be updated? | |||
New alerts appear daily and are on a rolling 7-day period. In other words, the number of alerts you see on a given day is the total number over the past 7 days. | |||
Can I receive an email notification when I receive new business alerts? | |||
Yes, you can opt-in to receive a weekly or daily summary email of your business alerts by clicking on the pencil icon in the upper right hand corner of the My Business Alerts section (DESKTOP ONLY). Make sure the “My Email Notification” tab is selected, then choose "Yes" to 'Send me an email notification." You can also choose which alerts you want to receive via email. Daily summary email alerts are sent around 6am EST. Weekly emails will come Thursday mornings around 6am EST. Please allow 24 hours to process your request. | |||
Where are product tools located? | |||
Product marketing materials and training tools, including Product Training Guides, social media assets and sizzle videos, can be found under "Product Tools and Shareable Media" under the Grow My Business tab. You can also search for product tools. | |||
Where are videos located? | |||
Marketing videos are located under "Product Tools and Shareable Media" under the Grow My Business tab, categorized by product brand or topic. Training videos are located in the Training section. You can also search for videos. | |||
Can I download these videos? | |||
If the video is hosted in Vimeo and has public permissions, you can download it. Simply click on the Vimeo icon in the bottom right corner in the video player window to be directed to Vimeo where you can download the video. | |||
Can I share marketing media and training resources directly from The Office? | |||
Yes. Assets that can be shared will contain options to "Share, Email or Copy Link". For marketing assets that link to Teambeachbody.com for product purchase or Partner enrollment, your Partner ID will be automatically appended to the link when you share them. |

You can also opt-in via the prompt at the top of the Sponsorship Drilldown report. Access this feature by clicking the SMS icon (shown below) under the Partner's name in the Sponsorship Drilldown report. Sorting can be performed (where applicable) on reports by clicking on the column header. The search report function can be used or preset filters can be used on specific report pages. |
How do I send emails from The Office? | |||
You can send emails by clicking on "Send an Email" in the dropdown menu from the Grow My Business section. You can also send emails from select reports within the Monitor My Business section. Emails can be sent from your personal email address associated with your Partner business (i.e. what you use to log in), or from your BODi Partner email address. | |||
Who can emails be sent to? | |||
Emails may be sent to Customers, and your downline Partners. Note that "Do Not Contact" rules apply for existing Customers and Partners, and if a customer or Partner unsubscribes from an email you send, future emails will not be delivered. If someone unsubscribes accidentally, they can update their preferences in the ‘My Account’ section on Teambeachbody.com. | |||
Where can I view replies to emails I send? | |||
All replies will be sent to your personal email inbox. There is no email inbox within The Office. | |||
How many emails can I send at one time? | |||
There is no limit to the number of emails you can send at one time when using your BODi Partner email address. When using your personal email address, you will be limited to 100 recipients at a time. This is a limitation set by your email client. |
What is my BODi Partner site? | |||
Upon enrollment, every Partner has access to a BODi Partner website that they can personalize and use to promote their Partner business. This site may contain your photo, bio, social media links and select links to Teambeachbody.com. Users who visit your landing page and click on "Shop" will be taken to the store associated with their locale. | |||
How can I update my BODi Partner site? | |||
Log in to The Office at coach.teambeachbody.com. Navigate to the "My Website/Profile" page, which can be found in the "Grow My Business" section. The first time you navigate to this page, you will be placed into a guided flow that will help you personalize your site. Once you've completed each section, hit "Publish" to make it public. To update information after it's been published, navigate back to the "My Websites/Profile" section and click edit for the respective site (there will be one for each language/country). | |||

You will have 3 separate BODi Partner sites, one for each language. The links are shown below, but can also be found on the "My Websites/Profile" page in The Office once you've gone through the flow to personalize your site. | |||
