Blue United Taxi

Horrible service, the taxi driver was extremely rude, her name is Alicia and she asked me to pay upfront only because I'm a woman and I'm coming back from the pharmacy alone to my hotel room. I'm visiting the city, I do not live here, and I think this is one of the most horrible services I have seen in the U.S.

This company really is no good anymore I had scheduled transportation for days b4 doctors appointment n they never showed up n refuse to answer their phone most of time n missed my appointment with doctor n all the man does when he answers the phone is really rude n swears at you n hangs up on you!! He needs to be fired from his job n leave the drugs alone!! I deserve better treatment n to be picked up for appointments tyvm!!!

Called for a cab the evening before I was traveling (8+ hours)... waited for 10 minutes after scheduled pickup time, then called to inquire... still took 10 more minutes for someone to show up... driver was less than professional.

If you want a cab that shows up late, and then gives you bad service, then this is the taxi company for you!

Great drivers but their new early morning phone dispatch guy needs to understand that lying to customers makes him liable for lawsuits. Terrible customer service and he should be fired but probably won't be.

This is not about the company, but one of their drivers.
Today at 10:20am one of their cabs, number 66, stopped on the bridge crossing to Goat Island.
Driver stopped, got out, and threw something into the river. He then crossed the bridge, made a u-turn and returned to mainland.
If one is going to litter, don't do it in public and don't do it in a company vehicle.
