Not only are they incredibly skilled at what they do, but they're also refreshingly honest. They made the fact that I bought an unreliable Land Rover a lot easier to deal with. They took the time to explain everything in detail, ensuring that I understood the work being done on my car. They prioritize customer satisfaction above all else. I have a 2016 F-150 and briarwood came highly recommended to me so I took my truck there for some repairs. I believe it was the second time I had my truck there, there was no communication from them for the first week. I called them to check the status of my vehicle and was informed that one of their technicians crashed the truck while pulling it into the bay. No big deal stuff happens... They sent me to a highly qualified body shop who did the repairs. Shout out to Floyd and sons body shop for doing great work. Since then I have continued to use briarwood. There is a module for my driver's side power seat that they diagnosed as defective and it has already been paid for. They had to order the part which came in well over a month ago. I made an appointment a week ago for yesterday, drop my truck off there in the morning. I called them when I got up work and the repair had not even been started. They don't follow through on their word.

As mentioned by another review, I brought my car in thinking I had an appointment, they never made it, kept my car two days and did nothing with it. So I picked it up and asked to actually schedule an appointment and received a email with a reminder right away. So make sure you get that email. When I got my Range Rover back finally, I have two chips in my paint and several small scratches all over on my passenger side, and I know it's from other car doors hitting my car, their parking lot is very small so I know that's where it came from. I'm not happy about this, that is unacceptable and I'm sure they wouldn't take responsibility for it so take pictures of every angle before you drop it off and evaluate your car thoroughly before paying and leaving the lot.

I made an appointment a week ago to have my car inspected and repaired. I went to Briarwood this morning and was told there was no record of my appointment. They would need to make sure they had time for me. The man was honestly just rude, I was really surprised based on reviews. I asked about cost of the inspection and he gave me a $50-150 ballpark figure which was not disclosed to me when I made my "non existent" appointment. When I asked if that would go toward repair, he said someone might donate a half hour. I just felt extremely unwelcome and uncomfortable. My car needs at least $2k worth of work. I prefer to take it to someone who doesn't act like I'm an idiot woman and a bother.

I've been taking my cars here for *years* since before Jett was the owner. Even got my mom to use them, although that means that she has to drive across town to do so. But today just takes the proverbial cake.

My car has been making these awful loud, rumbly noises for about a month now. But I seem to always have had something more pressing to fund. Gas for said car, groceries, the mortgage...you know how life can be.

But today, life had other plans for me. I was pulled over by a *very self-important* police officer en route to work and informed that although He was not going to ticket me, my noisy exhaust issue was actually worth either IMPOUNDMENT, or a $400 ticket. (I legitimately was unaware that it was anything but embarrassing) The Officer berated me for about 10 minutes before leaving.

I called Briarwood and explained that I *only had $200, but could pay any balance Friday if they could work me in.* Jett agreed to look at it. He said the thingamajig I needed would take a parts run, and welding at 'Randy's Shop' and run 'a little over $200, not much.'

As I was about to leave, trying not to worry about what bills I would not be paying Friday, Jett ran out and tapped on the passenger window of my rides' car. "Randy said it's slow today over there. If you can go right now, he'll do it for $200 flat, and definitely be done today."

He gave me directions and my keys and off I went. YOU CAN LOOK ALL DAY AND YOU WON'T FIND A MORE RELIABLE, HONEST MECHANIC IN TULSA.

Randy's Mufflers and Brakes hooked me up and had me on the road in 3 hours, for the negotiated price. THANK YOU BRIARWOOD, THANK YOU RANDY!!!

I've used Briarwood Automotive for several years to service my SUVs as well as my fleet vehicles. I trust these guys to do a great job, fix only what needs fixing, and to do so at a competitive price. Their rates are much better than the car dealers and their work is first rate.

Briarwood Auto Service completely rocks. I feel confident that they are giving me great service at a good value. They kept me informed of my issues and up to date on the cost. They are the only auto repair service I will use in Tulsa. I can't thank them enough for being thorough and professional. #1 in Tulsa. Maybe you will be lucky and find a Groupon for your service?

I went to Briarwood for a side-view mirror replacement, they did a 20 point inspection without asking and tried to tell me at least 4 different things that were majorly wrong with my car (not knowing I just went to Hibdon earlier last week) I immediately took my son's car to Hidbon and my son's car was perfectly fine as a matter of fact they couldn't believe Briarwood told me these trumped up issues. It infuriates me being a single mom how people will try and screw you over. I will NEVER recommend them or return again...SMH.

I purchased a groupon several months back and very impressed with staff and service. I will only take my car here to get worked on. Check them out!
