This dealership is very sincere and genuinely nice ! They kept it real with the price and the car is a wonder to drive . No pushy sales pitch just excellent customer service I was in and out in an hour ! I bought a Lincoln and I would recommend this place to everyone looking for a no gimmick kind of place !

we were positively surprised by the honesty of the owner - since we were driving a pretty good distance - we needed to be assured it was worth the time - He was spot on - the vehicle was clean and worth every penny of what they were asking. Mechanic arrived early to let us take it for a drive - No pushy salesmen - no " take it today or the deal is off" Just honest , Nice people with a great price for a great vehicle. we are thankful to have found them.

I was in town on business, thought it would be a nice idea to look for a car. I had no clue the exact car I wanted would be so close by, and offered by such amazing nice people. The nicest used car I have EVER had. So clean, so straight, so sound!! No kidding.

How I wish all dealers emulate this company as to how they MUST SELL CARS .
From the start of my search the moment I saw the LEXUS LS 460 2013 with 26,000 miles prices at 29,900 +... and a clean car fax, one owner ... I called him right away... his tone of voice on the other line has that fatherly firmness yet has the grandpa softness ... the kind of conversation that leads me to drive myself from night shift the next day which is almost 2 hours ...
upon arrival he already had the car prepped ( detailed washed to think there was a heavy snow ) .... he handed me the key even without asking for my license ( that's trust )... the whole process was within 10 minutes tops ...
When I came back 20 minutes later ...
I went out to eat brunch and keep my argument to myself if this is the car for me ... the numbers is too good to be true ... I then follow my guts and signed the dotted line after my credit union financed it ...

I just recently completed the purchase of 2 cars for 2 of my kids at Forest City Motors and I couldn't be happier. We had gone around town and spoke with some of the larger auto dealers and got a very bad taste in our mouth about how they were so pushy and how they tried to tack on so many extra charges. We couldn't get away from those people fast enough.

Then we came to Forest City Motors and boy what a difference. Dan and Pat at Forest City were the exact opposite. I truly felt that they were trying their hardest to do right by me.

We worked with Dan and he took the time to speak directly to both my kids and helped educate them on the whole business of buying a car. Both my kids had high praise for Dan, he made them feel very comfortable, showed them actual prices for their trade-in's from across the country and gave them both a very fair deal both in trade-in value and the price for their new cars. We will definitely be going back for future purchases.

Pat and Dan are great. Pat found me a pick up truck and less than 6 months later I had surprise twins. Pat helped me sell the truck and buy a suburban. We get all our service done there, prices for service are great and Byron does a great job explaining what is going on. I have bought 4 cars from Forest City Motors and I Highly suggest stopping by and seeing them before you buy elsewhere.

I purchased a Toyota Matrix from them and I have to say that it was the best buying experience I had in years!

The staff is knowledgeable and trustworthy, they don't try to force your hand and only present your options.

When it was time to sign the papers I realized that I forgot my checkbook. They accepted my credit card and even split the 1% usage fee with me!

Overall, a highly commendable business and one I look forward to buying from long term.

This was such a pleasant experience! I got a great car at a good price with a fair trade-in value. All of that without any crazy haggling, pressure, or surprise fees. Pat is knowledgeable, respectful, and straight-forward. It didn't take all day, either. I usually feel exhausted and defeated by the time I leave the dealership with my car, but not this time. I actually got to enjoy the ride home in my new VW!

If you are looking for a used car, I would recommend checking this dealership out. I know it will be the first place I look the next time I am in the market for a car.

I found my beauty by chance. I came to the lot thinking I was at a different one looking for a specific car I saw online. Once I realized I made a mix up, I told Dan I was looking for and what price range. He immediately showed me two cars, both were lovely. Super clean, super nice, great prices.

I test drove both, (BTW, I really respect a car dealership, that trust's you to test drive a car on your own, REALLY RESPECT IT! Seriously, you cant properly test drive a car with a little bee buzzing feature puking the specs in your ear). I never felt pressured, or annoyed by the typical "I just want your money bs." Once I decided which one I liked, he answered all questions I had, showed me the history, the work they had done on it. Concerns about the car types history in general. He answered them all, and for what I felt - honestly.

I have 'special needs' credit, thanks to mountain high student loans. They worked some magic and got me into a car payment I can afford.

Going into a car lot, as a young woman, is no easy task. Half the time most places look at you like pray. I greatly appreciate Forest City Motors, and I hope whenever I am ready for my next car, I will get it from them.

I couldn't love my car enough. Sometimes I just like to go outside and look at it because it's so pretty and I can't believe it's mine lol....really...
