      Updated review

An update from my previous review. The GM was able to provide a better price after I brought it up to him. We came back in and purchased the vehicle. Steven Miller was great through the entire process. The only thing we noticed was the water pump needed replaced. This was never brought up from the service center.

Great service. Friendly and knowledgeable staff

I made an appointment for a b14 service for my 2009 Honda Civic. I was immediately seen once I pulled into the express service by Mo. After deciding on the service that needed to be done, he provided me an estimate of the cost and the time (about 2.5hrs) noting that there was a shuttle service available if I chose not to wait. I opted to wait in the waiting room which complimentary snacks, cold and hot beverages.

Before cashing me out, he took me to the my car that was still hooked up on the machine to show me a few things that he and the mechanic recommended I get completed. Although I don't know much about cars other than how to drive it , I did appreciate having a visual of what needed to be done on the car. They even provided me a print out of the estimated cost for each service.

Overall a great experience. I will definitely be back

Nalley Honda service department *WILL* rip you off.

Do not use Nalley Honda for servicing. If you have an issue, they will find out what it is, not divulge the real root of the problem, and instead, will offer a very expensive solution that will not fix the real issue.

I had a bad starter when I visited. I was not to know this and they told me the problem was the alternator. I paid $663 for a new alternator, including labor.

After servicing my car at Nalley, I continued having the same exact symptoms as before. I took my car to a smaller, local mechanic and he identified the problem (bad starter) and fixed it for far less.

Nalley Honda are charlatans of the absolute worst kind. Please do not allow them to service your car. You *WILL* be ripped off. Instead, have 2 or 3 local mechanics diagnose the problem and choose one of the mechanics.

I'm truly disgusted by their lack of business ethics.

Do not recommend any stars in my opinion ...they are very unprofessional, they make false promises and do not honor their word. Completed online car buying in their website to only be told after driving an hour to get there that their systems do not match and i would have to go thru the process all over again otherwise i would have to put more money down and have higher payments in order to get vehicle i Requested in the system which was their actual website.

I got a car from here in March. Last weekend the front passenger window fell in after it had been rattling since purchased. I went to the service on Tuesday because of memorial day.
I got diagnostic that morning and was told I need a new window regulator and motor, I was quoted $685 (parts $296.04 and labor 389.24). I found one on Amazon for $70, once it came (after 1 week my window fell in) I brought the car to a mechanic today. In my complete bewilderment I was told the only problem with my window was a simple screw. Nalley honda charged me $70 to lazily and grossly misdiagnose my window. I'm extremely disappointed in this attempt to deceive and over charge. To anyone who consideres giving them business i highly suggest getting a second opinion.

Loved working with Tori at Nalley Honda! It was a quick and easy experience and we found our perfect vehicle! The entire staff from beginning to end was helpful and friendly; will absolutely purchase a vehicle from them again in the future!

*BUYER BEWARE, AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS

I bought my car back in June of this year. A used 2015 Chevy Cruze (bad move #1). I test drove the car with Henry Culpepper, he was nice but anxious to complete a sale. On the test drive I asked him why there was drag when I accelerated and he said it's because the "transmission is on a belt", basically convincing me that it was "normal" since I had no real knowledge of transmissions even though I had researched the cars reviews, pros/cons, etc. I bought the car and got the extended Power Train warranty, I wanted the full maintenance warranty but the finance guy told me I didn't need it. Once I start driving I realize that the car loses gas quickly. Couple of weeks outside of the 30 day period the car stars to lag really bad and it shakes when I'm sitting idle at a stop light/sign. Fast forward to August and I was in a wreck I had no under the hood damage but it was inspected by a claims estimator and it was discovered that a screw was in my battery. A misplaced screw, rigged up inside my battery. The screw is the reason my car was lagging and not the "transmission belt". I went up to Nalley Honda after I'd scheduled a service appointment over the phone and clearly stated my issue. I wanted to be sure that it was clear since it's 30 minutes away and really out of my way. The lady I spoke with told me to come in and let service handle it, insinuating that I'd be getting a replacement. I came in and pulled into the reception area of the service que line and someone named Price told me he'd be right with me. I explained my issue and he told me to go to Chevrolet and let them deal with it because batteries are chevys issue although I bought the car from them. I asked if they were going to reimburse me for the battery since their maintenance team completely overlooked the screw inside the battery upon inspection to sell. Price then told me to go in and talk to the sales manager for used car sales, I didn't get a name, just "pull around and talk to the sales manager inside". I go inside and ask the receptionist for the sales manager over used sales, she paged someone named X to the showroom and said that they couldn't find him so I needed to wait in the waiting area. I sat in the waiting area around 10 minutes before a random worker (light skinned guy, walks with a limp, very rude) came up to me and asked what I needed because X couldn't be bothered to come and see a customer, "he wasn't expecting me". I told him my issue and he just told me no right away. That I would have to replace the battery because it's a maintenance issue although the car is barely 2 years old and I didn't put the rigged up battery inside my car, it was sold that way. He then asked me who I spoke with in service and I had to walk outside to get Price's name come back and tell it to him. I come in and tell him the name and he's like okay, "we'll reprimand him" and goes inside a glass office to let X know who sent me inside, I asked him what about the battery since Henry told me, ON the test drive when I asked him why it drags upon accelerating, that it was the transmission what would be done. He told me to wait until Henry comes back because it's "my best bet" once my cars battery dies and it stops working. Basically he told me to let my battery in my car die because it will be noted on my file and they can do something then. He also made the smart remark that "its an easy fix, a battery is like $70 bucks"(idk where he's shopping). He asked "what would you do if you got a flat" told him I'd get a used replacement for $25-30 bucks and he laughed and said "then you'd need another tire because that would be flat too".

Worst customer service ever, if I had bought the car new it would fit nearly all the requirements of a lemon car which is illegal in GA. I will be reporting this to the BBB and requesting an investigation into the dealership for fraudulent business transactions involving cars and poor maintenance services. The receptionists weren't helpful. Service department gives you the run around and can never "locate" your extended warranty (that I purchased there), the management is extremely unprofessional and rude, and the sales people are con artists. Do not buy your car from here. Please go elsewhere. They do not deserve your business! Save yourself time, money and stress.

Would give zero stars if I could. Made an appointment and waited for 2.5 hours. Then they charge 70 dollars for an oil change and tire rotation. I had a coupon for 39.95, but while the guy tries to convince me it doesn't include a tire rotation, my card gets charged for the 70. Needless to say, the coupon did include. Then was told I needed to wait for another 15 minutes to get a refund. Will not be returning.

This place is THE WORST! They don't honor service appointment SCHEDULED times. It's first come first serve REGARDLESS. But they don't tell you that either. That just allow you to have expectations that they absolutely will not meet, unless your looking for piss poor service. I've had to wait 2 hours or more each time I've gone there for a simple oil change. Everytime it's a different excuse as to why it took so incredibly long. No one will resolve your complaints, even if you do the survey that they send post visit. The absolute worst staff in history! They'll take personal calls on their cell phones right in your face, are never at their desk for further assistance, won't even respond to the text THAT THEY SEND YOU UPON ARRIVAL SO IF YOU HAVE QUESTIONS WHILE YOU'RE THERE! Their lack of professionalism is BEYOND MEASURE!
I WILL NEVER GO BACK, EVER! I WILL TELL ALL MY FAMILY AND FRIENDS NOT TO PATRONIZE! I WILL WRITE REVIEWS ON EVERY PLATFORM I PARTICIPATE IN! THIS PLACE IS THE WORST!

The most unprofessional dealership/car buying experience I've ever seen. I went out with my sister to assist with a new accord. No one wanted to service us as one of the salesman said he was about to leave for the day as it was a little after 5. Finally found a sales manager Jeremy , he was nice but a fast talker nonetheless. He ran her credit and came back with 10 percent interest to which I was taken aback a bit but my sister just wanted the car and wanted complete the deal. Jeremy added red seats as an option to appease my sister and so she decided to go forward. Now we go in the finance managers office to finalize the paperwork. He was the worst of them all. He told my sister her interest rate was 12.9 percent to which I stopped him and said no, it was 10 (which had already stood out to me as ridiculous anyway). He (William) insisted that it was 12.9 because she agreed to red seats ! What! Since when did an option or feature add points to an interest rate sir? He told me we could leave if we didn't like it (Jeremy was already gone) and implied all he had to do was make one call to the police. Police!!? I hadn't said anything other than that was was not legal and he couldn't add the interest points. I told my sister let's go and he convinced her he could keep it at 10. I was livid. In this climate, you threaten police for no reason on a black female for disagreeing with your lies. Why charge extra interest? Why take advantage of your black customers is what I thought and yes he too is black. But that's what makes it worse! He was disgusting and I would never recommend anyone ever purchasing a vehicle at this dealership. They clearly practice shady deals, price gouging , and added interest points to unsuspecting customers and become aggressive when called out on it. I'm sure it's not a first and won't be the last. Buyer be ware!
