My flight lands after midnight. Can I still be able to pick up after hours the car reserved with the Emerald Club reservation and check out with the booth attendant?
A:
I think as long as you attach your flight to the reservation they stay. I would double check with customer service to be 100 percent, but they did tell me that when I called a few months ago.

The National Car Rental Team at ATL Airport is PHENOMONAL. Although I had an issue with my vehicle, they were extremely accommodating, flexible, and went above and beyond to ensure I had a stress free 8 day rental. Although I don't rent vehicles as much as I did in the past, anytime I do, I choose National, and this is exactly why.
The Manager, Yasmine, as well as the other two site managers that I worked with (along with their respective teams) should be celebrated for their customer service skills, their customer centric approach, and their ability to problem solve. Huge shout out to the entire team I dealt with at the airport. I will be back. No questions.

The two men who identified themselves as Jose Hernandez and AJ which isn't short for anything (they could be lying because conveniently no one wears name tags) are rude and nasty and have no concept of customer service at all. How can you refuse a vehicle to someone who has already paid for it, and then refuse to cancel or refund said reservation?! If I could give this awful company zero stars I would, but I guess one will get the point across.

I have only had one "bad apple" last year while visiting Florida but nonetheless, have had pretty good experiences with National (this location being no exception). Had a fairly good choice of vehicles given it was a holiday weekend. SUV we got was very clean and had low mileage. Customer service was great and efficient.

I got a rental (Ram 1500) and it smelled like someone smoked in it. I am not a fan of smoking and since I am around customers when I travel, I don't want them to think that I smoke since I deal with customers who are in healthcare and may not allow smoking, it's just bad vibes and this is the second car in my last three rentals that had a smoking issue. The one at MCO though was much worse.

Terrible service!!! I had a flat tire and called I was told my car had already been turned in how when I have the vehicle then I waited over 4 hours for a tow and it never showed! Then they said I'd have to drive over 30 mins to get a new rental and had to wait with vehicle couldn't even leave before. This was a HORRIBLE experience. Missed an entire day of work. I am very disappointed still sitting in rental awaiting the tow an entire day spent in a car waiting on a tow and they couldn't help in any way ??? I've been a member for almost two years and I am extremely disappointed.

Went through one toll in Chicago and they charged me

Atl rental was complete and perfectly aligned within an extremely busy airport. They made it an easy transaction from rental to vehicle selection and return. They got it going on!

Rented a car for one day in Atlanta. Emerald Aisle, found a Corolla Cross. Very nice car. I have a 2006 Corolla and was familiar with it. The Cross is like a hybrid model between a Corolla and a Rav 4 almost. Not quite SUV, but bigger than the Corolla. Fun car to drive. Rental and return were flawless and fast. Will definitely use National going forward.
