Small strip mall kitty corner to the larger mall with Macys. Safeway and Walgreens are the most notable stores.

Lots of parking. Stores seem to be surviving better than inside the big mall nearby. People tend to like not walking far from where they park and I think thats one big part of why any given store survives. The degree of lazy in America is unreal. Or is it that people want to keep an eye on their car? IDK but Americans sure do like their parking spaces.

The mall itself seems to have been updated over the years even though its old. Walgreens always has that piece of real estate on the corner. They somehow pulled that off almost everywhere including here.

FedEx, Xfinity, Big5, pet food express, Just Food for Dogs, Starbucks, Ping's Chinese, Round Table and a Taco place are other tenants.
