This little, yet packed shopping center is conveniently located off of Highway 805 on busy "H" Street and home to several places like Taco Bell, FedEx, Mission Federal Credit Union, TMobile, Marshall's, CVS, Big 5, Dick's, as well as Bed, Bath & Beyond (yet I read an article that this location will be closed in 2023... so sad). There is other food and ice cream locations and a gas station as well as a car wash.
There is plenty of parking, and according to the website there is about 40 different retail and food locations found in this shopping complex.
There is a few entrances but only 1 with a light and for the most part. There is several stop signs... but I'm not going to down play the time it takes to get out of this shopping center when there is several others shopping here (especially during the holidays), when certain patrons are in hurry to get out as well... some how the "each take a turn at the stop sign" seems to get away from patrons... that is the only thing not making this a 5-star shopping center... I mean it is almost a one stop shop, shopping complex... from food, to groceries to gas and extracurricular activities and home goods... their needs to be another exit for turning left... (the other exits you are only able to turn right and a u-turn is far down the road).Helpful 23Thanks 0Love this 20Oh no 0 - Roseann R.Bonita, CA91859Feb 18, 2024
Terra Nova Shopping Center in Chula Vista is a hidden gem conveniently located by the 805 freeway. Featuring a mix of stores like Einstein Bagel, Subway, Marshall's, Big 5, D'lish, Cafe Tazza, Mission Fed, and Smart & Final, it's a one-stop destination. Ample parking, a vibrant atmosphere, and diverse choices make it an ideal spot for both shopping and dining.

I patron multiple stores and services here (coffee, waxing, optometrist, etc.).
This morning, I, unfortunately, observed a very hardworking landscaping crew on the property. One was spraying Roundup. Roundup/Glysophate contaminates our soil, causes cancer and kills our pollinators (among other things). I ask you to, kindly, stop using this pesticide OR post signage that you are using one so customers can make an informed choice if they would like to take the risk by entering the property. Thank you.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Carol B.Carson, CA3033105Dec 16, 2014First to Review
