Item Description
Vehicle is a 2000 Ford CVPI modified to be a Community Policing/Party vehicle. It is equipped with a full custom sound system that takes up a portion of the back seat and trunk. The sound system will run when the car is running, or when connect to shore power via an inverter which is included in the purchase. Exhaust has been modified to increase the street appeal, and there is a manually operated airbag system in the rear to raise or lower it to your liking. Two of the speakers need work, and one of the trunk mounted screens is damaged. Also equipped with a trickle charger to maintain the battery. The car runs very well and is currently inspected. Rechargeable party lights will also be included. If sold to a non-law enforcement buyer, the siren and emergency lights will be removed prior to sale.
All property is offered for sale in its "AS-IS", "WHERE-IS" and "WITH ALL FAULTS" condition. THE BOROUGH OF SOUDERTON MAKES NO WARRANTY, GUARANTY OR REPRESENTATION OF ANY KIND, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, AS TO THE CONDITION, USABILITY, VALUE OR OTHER CHARACTERISTICS OF THE PROPERTY OFFERED FOR SALE, AND SPECIFICALLY DISCLAIMS ALL EXPRESS OR IMPLIED REPRESENTATIONS, WARRANTIES AND GUARANTEES, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
Buyer must remove auction item(s) from the Borough of Souderton’s premises at a mutually agreed upon time between 8:00 AM and 4:00 PM Monday thru Friday within ten (10) business days after the time and date of issuance of the Notice of Award. If the Buyer fails to remove the item within the specified time, the agency reserves the right (1) to retain all payments; and (2) to dispose of the item through another auction or otherwise. Successful bidders are responsible for packing, loading, removing and transporting all property awarded to them from the place where the property is located as indicated on the website and in the Notice of Award. The Buyer must make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. Under no circumstances will the Borough of Souderton assume responsibility for packing, loading or transporting auction item(s).

What if the selling agency rejects my bid?
If the government agency rejects your bid (they reserve the right to do so) your buyer's fee will be returned, in full, to you within 5 days of notification to Municibid of the rejected bid by the governing body.
