Testing Waters: 1997 Nissan 240SX S14 SE Coupe Mileage: 106,xxx ( 63,xxx on rebuilt motor) Color: Starphire Blue Pearl (Original Color and Very Rare) 5 Speed Manual Title: Clean Location: Bay Area Absolutely no rush to sell. Not even sure if I even want to sell if I’m being frank. But if the right offer presents itself anything is possible. I don’t drive the car as much as I would like. I have other priorities and interests that warrant me to test the market. As of now the car pretty much just sits in my driveway and I taker her out once in a blue moon. Recently “smogged” about a week ago. Tags are up to date and good until July. Has an EGR cutoff and some emission parts were left off, hence check engine light stays on but car runs like a champ. If I do decide to let the car go I would like it to go to a good home, not some teenager that’s going to run it into a wall. Clean S14’s are super rare to come by these days and I know what my car is worth. Will not part out. Engine: -KA24DE -Rebuilt engine -Port & polished head -Fel-Pro head gasket set -ARP head studs -ARP main studs -Bottom block factory spec built -S14 cams -Valve replaced -AEM short ram intake -Mishimoto dual fans -DIF (Dual electric fan controller) -Koyo aluminum radiator 2" -Hotshot headers (deletes pre-cat) -Drift freaq's mounts - (Car is pretty much straight piped; its obnoxiously loud at times. If you are about that hotboy life then this car will please you forsure lol) EXTERIOR: -Origin streamline kit -Version select 20mm front fenders -Carbon 1 hood (AeroCatch hood pins w/key) -Trust DD exhaust -DMax roof spoiler -Wingless trunk -Front Bash Bar -HID's -Stock tails SUSPENSION/ DRIVETRAIN: -HKS hypermax pro coilovers (w/ helper springs) -Cusco strut bars (front & rear) -Wicked tuning tie rods inner and outer -Wicked tuning tension rods -Wicked tuning front subframe bar -Wicked tuning toe link -Wicked tuning rear upper control arms (Ruca) -KAAZ 2way LSD -B&M short shifter -Z32 aluminum front brake caliper w/ bracket to fit Z33 rotors -Endless SS front brake pads -Rotora Slotted brake rotors INTERIOR: -Recaro spg seat (driver) -Nagisa rails -350mm Nardi Suede Steering Wheel with Quick Release HUB -Broadway mirror -Clean UNCRACKED dash -Alpine Type R speakers -Nismo shiftnob -Ebrake drift button -No a/c but has air/heat -Switch to manually turn on/off second fan - Car also has a Clifford alarm but remote is busted. ( Can reprogram new remote for like 15$) WHEELS: -MB battles Gunmetal 17x9.5 +15 & 18x9.5 +15 Recent Oil Change with AMS 10W-30 Synthetic Oil & OEM Nissan Oil Filter/ISR Oil Drain Plug. Also have new NGK Spark Plugs and Coil Packs that I will be installing soon. Have new OEM belts as well that will come with the car along with brand new Enjuku poly engine mount bushings. Cons: -Small Crack in front bumper (See picture) - Small dings and scratches here and there but paint is in decent condition considering the car is 23 years old. - Recaro seat is fixed and uncomfortable if you are a larger fellow like me. Its seen better days and isn’t the prettiest anymore. - Driver side headlight is out, needs to new LED bulb (35$ on amazon) - Car has an upgraded audio system with new speakers and an amp, but for some reason only the rear two work. I am sure an audio shop can get it sorted out for the low. - Very small hole in mishimoto radiator (size of a grain of rice), leaks a little coolant. Leak isn’t big enough to bother me so I never bothered to fix it. Can get It patched if you wish. - Could probably use some new brake pads as well. Summary: Overall the car is a gem. I get stopped every time I take her out. She feels healthy and pulls strong till this very day. Even though she sits for prolonged periods of time, maintenance is always taken care of.
