My Early 1984 Mustang SVO

Come Take The Walk Around Tour

Here is the head on view. You can see the unique styling used for the headlights and grille. Also note the off center placement of the scoop for the air-to-air charge cooler (Intercooler).

Here's the engine compartment. To the left front is the factory air box. When I got the car the last owner had installed a K&N air filter but it was not secured by any brackets resulting in a nice groove being worn through the filter were it was rubbing the frame rail.

As we walk around the passenger side you can see the SVO specific 16x7 rims.   Coming around the rear you can see the Bi-Wing spoiler arrangement. This is also a better view of the "Glamour" Color -  Medium Canyon Red Metallic.

The next two shots are of the SVO interior. In order to preserve the original "suede" texture dash panels the previous owner installed GT pieces. The originals will be going back on the car shortly. He also installed a GT center pad on the steering wheel. Again, the original leather SVO pad is safe and sound in a sealed bag. The only original interior piece missing is the radio.   From the Driver's seat . . . my favorite view!
