Unfriendly apps when to check outstanding payment & excess payment not in one page. After made payment then pop up another excess/outstanding payment. Can ur team made one page for outstanding/excess payment so all customer can pay all total in one payment rather then log in/out into online bank apps. The old version are more user friendly in term of payment/outstanding/new bill. Easy to search and make payment. In my hard copy bill only 1 month outstanding. This apps Very poor upgrade.

Keep logging out or can't even log in. Had to rate 1 star. Edited: the app have improved. good response to any reports. only a few suggestions if there is update or feedback button for report. For example if there is a blackout and a customer made a report but suddenly the electricity is back few minutes later, at least customer can notify SEB in that report. Just a suggestion if that can be put in the app. Thank you

I failed to register the first time around. When I tapped on the REGISTER button after providing all the required information, the message said the password was empty. It was not. I had keyed it in. Incidentally, There was no indication to confirm my password. So, I uninstalled the app and downloaded it again to install. The second time around, there was a line that said for me to confirm my password. That I did, and I got registered. Next, I logged out, and then logged in again. The line that said "You last log in was at/on" was devoid of any data. That is not important to me. I proceeded to make a report. I tapped on the icon for billing and meter, and then tapped on 'make report'. Nothing happened. I logged out and tried again, and the same thing occurred - nothing happened after I tapped on 'make report'. Considering this app was not introduced only yesterday, so to speak, it is, I am sorry to say, unworthy of even 1 star.
