The CRAFTSMAN® myQ App allows you to easily open, close, or check the status of your garage door from anywhere using your mobile device. The CRAFTSMAN® myQ app supports myQ-enabled CRAFTSMAN® products.

The app stopped working and will not load . The initial logo splash screen shows a spinning circle that stops spinning and the app becomes unresponsive. Useless at this point. It has worked well in the past so it would seem to be a recent app update issue? Obviously the developer doesn't give a rip since they haven't responded to any of the reviews regarding this issue. I haven't tried the Liftmaster (Chamberlain) version of the MyQ app yet. Others here have said it works...

Update: there is a new app called myQ that has a blue logo instead of the red. I downloaded it and logged in. It works great and had my garage recognized and ready to go! I wish they had updated this app instead of making a new one and just letting this one fail without warning. For the last month or two this app has not worked. It will open, then just freeze and close. I've tried uninstalling and downloading it again, but nothing works. Super frustrating.

Got this installed, downloaded the app and followed directions. It worked fine for a month and now today, the app is not working. It freezes and won't even open up. I've tried Uninstalling and reinstalling it several times and the app, still does not open. I've also updated to the latest version and still does the same thing. I should have went with my first choice, Chamberlain.
