The online App deposit service does not allow time to focus and size the check to match the "box" displayed on the cellphone screen before it automatically takes a photo, then the screen quickly changes, so you do not still see the captured image. That is frustrating when the image is then blurred and you have to repeat the process. Tellers are much better at receiving the information correctly versus the App. They also provide a physical receipt and new balance, to verify a transaction. Cutoff!

We appreciate your feedback on the mobile deposit feature, and we'll take that into consideration when making updates to the app.

Update: Latest update seems to have fixed the issue. App does seem to work again. Updated the rating. Thanks. Having the same issue as others. Worked fine until the last update a couple days ago, but now all I get is a blank white screen. Tried to restore to a previous version and it opens and says I need to update to use. App is broke, no longer usable.

Love the app as it makes viewing my accounts easy and saves me time. I can transfer funds and even deposit checks, which is a lifesaver. Especially since the new drive up window at my bank is way to low for my truck for me to be able to hold my id to the screen where they want it. So the drive up is a no go for me. Cons: pops back up to tell me it logged me out. Picture of check dont line up with what it shows while taking pic, i have to have it way offset to the top to get a pic w/barcode
