Account Signup | JAZZ E-Care

Like all other Jazz-enabled features, customers can easily register for Jazz E-Care or E Mobilink Portal by following the below mentioned instructions:

1. Visit Jazz ECare website
2. When the page opens, click on the Mobilink Connect Login button
3. Please enter your correct Mobile Number, then press Next to log onto your Jazz E-Care Account
4. Upon successful registration, you will receive a text message
5. For verification, type 1 in response to received message
6. In a few seconds, you will receive a unique verification code on your Mobilink Number
7. Afterwards, you will receive your login name and password in a text message. That’s it as you have successfully registered your Mobilink Jazz ECare Account! You can now easily log onto the Mobilink Jazz ECare Portal to check your Call, SMS, Internet history and other details.

Terms & Conditions | Jazz E-Care

• Please make sure that your Mobilink Jazz Number is activated and can be verified in accordance to PTA terms and conditions.
• Withholding tax 5% will be applied on recharge/bill.
• Default charges for Internet usage are 2 Per MB+TAX. Charging pulse will be 512KB.
• Standard taxes apply on remaining data check.
• For further assistance regarding any issue or about Mobilink Jazz ECare, please dial Jazz helpline 111.
• Unwanted or unethical texts can be reported to PTA by sending Sender’s Number to 9000 – PTA.
• Using SIMs without proper documentation is a crime – Pakistan Telecommunication Authority.
